Our leaders have not held to these words, establishing evolution as the religion of this nation; putting it in every school, throughout all media, and evoking their own beliefs on a world by pronouncing it is “our belief” as a nation.  They then cast out every other religion, for their own.   Religion means: CANNOT be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt, you either must believe or fail to believe.  Evolution broken down says: “we built ourselves, by going to the store, and picking whatever we wanted to keep as a body; without a mind since that was last by their definition”.  They have no answer for how a body lives without all its pieces at the same time.  Such as is having a heart, which is useless without blood vessels, which is useless without muscles or lungs, which is useless without kidneys, livers, etc.  Or more simply evolution is;  just another plain damn fantasy for fools. Leadership failed.
The freedom of the press, freedom of speech has also been devastated by the absolute failure to keep the press free.  The judiciary having given away the entire network of media to the wealthy; NOW our information communicated to all; IS COMPLETELY CONTROLLED, BY THE WHIM AND PURPOSES of the very few rich who own it all.  NOT FREE, SOLD TO OUR ENEMIES, because greed does control the excessively rich man or woman.  And greed just don’t care!  Freedom of speech in terms of political realities is also discarded and disbanded by the rich who have literally sought and accomplished buying the leadership of this nation by making political champaign’s about money.  If you don’t beg and borrow/ making promises the rich man demands:   not only don’t you get the money; they will spend money against you, using fraud or any other means to descend upon the nation and overtake our world.  Exactly as they have already done.  Leadership failed.

That leaves us with redress of grievances, the very last/ but most powerful means of controlling government called a democracy for ourselves.  To use redress we must all understand what the words, establishing our legal rights do mean.  So that you can defend them for yourselves.  The very first understanding is:   that the constitution isNOT A POLITICAL DOCUMENT/    IT IS A LEGAL DOCUMENTGIVING DISTINCT RIGHTS TO THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES, BY LIMITING THE RIGHTS AND POWERS OF THOSE WHO DO BECOME LEADERS OF SOCIETY.
Legal rights are exercised in a courtroom of law, because that makes the assembly of redress, “peaceable.”  Therefore our need to create redress for ourselves begins in the courtroom which we own as a nation/ by our laws guaranteed to us within the constitution of this USA.  Within that courtroom, the legal right to assemble the people REQUIRES a jury; as is guaranteed in all matters of substance to each and every citizen by the constitution. Thereby we do understand by the guarantees of our own constitution: NOT ONLY are we owners of this nation/ we are owners of the courtroom as well, in terms of redress because this is now our legal right to proceed for the purposes of democracy and truth, by asking of each other WHAT SHALL WE DO.  The answer to that is to assemble the nation by individual states accepting the composition of democracy that says.  This jury shall speak for their individual jurisdictional communities; having been properly notified and informed, having been given the opportunity to speak for the rest by asking to participate in this jury/ having been selected by “lottery”; so as to keep that jury safe from undue influences.  Therein we understand the people are assembled by states/ the majority of states shall rule.  But the initiating state shall decide if the question must be asked:

DO WE THE PEOPLE, DEMAND TO INTERVENE IN THIS OUR GOVERNMENT, THIS OUR SOCIETY AND OUR FUTURE/ BY MAKING THESE DECISIONS FOR OURSELVES, or not?   Fully understanding, there is no going back/ the price is the price/ failure or success is in your own hands, and there will be NO ONE else to blame.  No one else to pay;   because this is us/ OUR DECISION.   Only a fool seeks to make decisions that are not based in truth, as best we can!
Therefore WE KNOW, THAT REDRESS: “the relief or remedy;  of troubles and failure”.   Can only be assessed and properly defined or created by the understanding of knowledge as is consistent with a true and accurate accounting from those who have contributed to the realities we regard as “trouble or failure, coming upon us.”  That means, in trial before the jury (this assembly of the people) that decides if this complaint, established by the law of our constitution, asking  that:  WE MUST NOW, MAKE DECISIONS FOR OURSELVES / because these leaders have failed us!   Is true and fair and consistent with what WE THE PEOPLE do demand from the governing of ourselves by law.
That leaves us, with the reality of what these grievances are:   that we must be concerned with for the sake of our nation, our society, our future, these children, this world, this nature, this life on earth, and ourselves?  And why now?

LET US REVIEW:
there is nothing more pressing, that the primary three; which can end/ exterminate all our lives, at any minute on any day.
1.  The NIF facility in San Francisco; is a machine intended to create fusion/ that can. Fusion is the burning of atomic bonds, which means everything here on earth is fuel; which means we can do absolutely nothing to put this fire out, once it begins. A machine stated to operate by creating for an instant, a force one thousand times greater than all the electricity used in the USA.

2.  The machine at C.E.R.N.  is built, for the primary purpose of recreating the single most destructive event in the history of the universe itself “the big bang”.  It is massive and uses the power of several nuclear power plants to run it.
3.  The genetic mutilation of DNA/ IS THE GENETIC MUTILATION OF NATURE ITSELF.  With the only possible ending of complete genetic collapse, the end of disciplines, balance, and order in the bodies of life on this earth, including your own/ your child/ your food/ your everything.  The “holy grail” of genetic research for the last forty years has been:   FIND A WAY, to cause complete collapse of genetic disciplines; so that we can learn how to create life for ourselves.  But you are not gods/ and complete collapse will be forever; with NO chance for reprieve:   ITS WHAT YOU CHOSE, or didn’t care enough to stop.  SHAME ON YOU, for these three things in particular;    The literal decision to cause this world to be extinct, because ARROGANCE rules your heart/ and the university rules your mind.  THINK FOR YOURSELF!
4.     We add to that, the long list of other threats about to consume us all.

Thousands of massive fishing vessels search the oceans everyday for the maximum catch they can find.  So much so that those fish catches have dwindled significantly/ so much so, they hired the university to go find the “rest of the fish”.  Now, in this year 2011 it appears that the arctic ocean shall open for the first time to allow fishing therein.  Which means the very last sanctuary for breeding stock will soon be gone, with all “YOUR SEED” FOR NEXT YEAR.  Once gone they cannot be replaced/ the human world is too hungry.  Failure to stop them is starvation.  The last year accumulated sales records for the fishing industry were found; indicated 11 billion tons of seafood were sold, roughly ten-fifteen years ago.  If it was stated in standard tons; that equals 22 trillion pounds sold (22,000,000,000,000 pounds).  THAT EQUALS 3,666 pounds per 6,000,000,000 people divided by 365 days/ its enough food for ten pounds a day. (HOW much do you throw away?)   Which suggests the report (lost to a virus) was flawed/ but by no means insignificant to the reality TOO MUCH is taken.  And we are a billion people more.  Go search to see how dependent you are on the breeding stock for all the worlds’ fishing supplies.  Because when these are gone/ there is no more young, the sea will be empty, insofar as humanity gets a meal, is done.  You are at the edge of starvation already; WANT LESS FOOD?
5.   So you mutilate every plant and livestock crop, searching for more/ because arrogance believes “I can be god”.  For ease you dump a trillion (go search) or more chemical poisons on the ground or under it in the process of making your poisons.  These filter into the water and streams/ change the chemistry of the earth, plants, insects, and entire food/ life chain;   AND KILL all the pollinators that exist.  “Seen any bumble bees lately”.  That is especially true in cities, where endless amounts of toxic waste is generated for nothing but your pride.  And every seed producer tries specifically hard to sterilize the next generation of seed, so that you do have to buy from them.  Making this a sterile world, unless you believe plant genetics are gods over you “going to save you/ cause they are so damn special”.

6.   We are completely dependent upon antibiotics for the sustained health people expect.  The entire healthcare system you know as today:   IS ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY DEPENDENT UPON ANTIBIOTICS/ because without antibiotics there is no surgery, because as was the past: it ain’t that people did not try, they just died from the infection.  These antibiotics have been used in livestock feeds (by the million or billion ton; go search) to create what is known as the factory farm/ a close confinement operation that exists ONLY BECAUSE antibiotics keep a sickness from killing the entire herd.  Those same antibiotics we use, are now nearly extinct, because in this process of overuse; YOU MADE “SUPER DISEASES” that will soon kill you by the millions if not billions.  All for a penny less, in the cost of food/ and because instead of reality in human existence, you say “keep them all alive”.  IT IS INSANE.  When the antibiotics go, the entire livestock production system collapses/ taking the entire breeding stock with it.  And you have no alternative, and you cannot wait for life to spring back; because it is a hungry world/ and people won’t starve just to give someone else a future.
7.   We are growing/ over deaths;  as a world:   at 2 million more mouths to feed each and every week.  7 billion people today, and going to add another one billion people in less than one decade.  Can’t feed the people here right now; just barely maybe.  And you do nothing.  Go ahead explain to me: WHAT COMES NEXT, unless you find some sanity, accept reality, and understand THE TRUTH DON’T CARE, it just follows the law. find a way or die.

8.  We KNOW HOW MUCH FUEL is being consumed by how much fuel is being sold.   WE KNOW HOW MUCH OXYGEN IT TAKES, to create and sustain that fire!  Its not a guess, we know.  Therefore we can calculate how much oxygen is consumed from this earth before we even get one single breathe.  And we burn more oxygen for fires/ than this earth produces from its life.  And you are destroying every single organism that produces oxygen around this earth, having reduced the possible oxygen output by half over the last twenty years; accelerating right now.  Not a tree left/ not an organism in the ocean; because people consume these as well for livestock feed;   soon nothing to breathe.  And there are studies done as to how much oxygen the earth produces; (go search).
9.  Every natural resource is in jeopardy 7 billion people with their hands out EVERY SINGLE DAY.  The water supplies are not only being poisoned, they are being attacked; by the trillions of gallons:   to make fuels/ lost to ethanol/ lost to fracking for natural gas/ pumped into oil reserves for the last little bit/ lost to the making of poisons; LOST TO THE ABSOLUTE INSANITY of men. Because their desire, their decision, their purpose, their society which they created CARES ONLY ABOUT MONEY.  Drink your damn paper, kill each other for a single glass of water, lose the habitation of millions or billions of acres of ground: BECAUSE THERE AIN’T NO WATER.    Why, because your leaders are insane; and so are you for being so damn stupid.  WHERE is your mind?  YOUR greed/ want/ and pride;  are exterminating life from this earth.  The utter insanity of your universities doing their best, to kill you first; because they want to prove they are gods/ and so they are, destroying everything they can touch.  Is that not “satan” in your midst?

10.  So lets add hate.  The insane believe that weapons of mass destruction are your saviors!  One missile carries enough destructive power to completely wipe away New York City in less than a minute with all its suburbs.   That, “is your savior”!  Opening one genetically mutilated disease is guaranteed to wipe out 97% of the human population.  Do you really think the rest will survive? Not a chance.  That, “is your savior”.  Remember Bho Pal India?   “Your savior”.   Explain to me, just how foolish and blind that isn’t?   Keep you from war?
11.   Add to all this, in summary is the killing off of all incubation area’s for the ocean/ oil spills (you will have to burn it, to significantly reduce the contamination of marshes; a “little at a time”.  So that the oil wicks up.)  You are killing the climate/ killing the ozone/ killing the ecosystem/ killing the chains of life upon which we all depend/ killing undersea plants and corals/ killing the rivers/ killing the ice shelves, “which have added so much weight to the pacific ocean; that Japan moved 8 feet, due to the shifting of weight.  Will that NOT come to impact the American coast in the same way; why not? Its already hit three corners of the same tectonic plate; only one left.  Making the ocean your garbage dump (millions of sq miles).  Endless spilling/ carbon dioxide fumes.  Refusing to tackle known trouble:[wait till the earth moves here],  as is Yellowstone super Volcano; (release the gas, and the worst it can do is be like Hawaii).  Billions of tons of toxic waste pumped into the earth, just waiting for a large earthquake to release it into the aquifers.  Refusing every aspect of preparing for a future for life on earth; “BECAUSE you want, everything you can tear away in selfishness”.  Replacing that work with the choices that bring you terrors completely beyond your comprehension;;; because you are about to be abandoned by GOD,    Creator of this world and its life. 
BECAUSE you chose arrogance and stupidity and pride instead; going to play god instead of respect life.  SHAME ON YOU.

12.   So lets review:   currently the casino called wall street has invited the world to play, and given them monopoly money to play with/ the consequence being a world of angry people, because “I want my money back”.  Will soon echo from every corner of this earth.  Gee what sounds like war about that?  Or the loss of food and water supplies? Or the loss of oxygen supplies? Ocean supplies? Resources, because all work starts with the natural resources; all gone/ who cares;   got pride instead.  AND LOTS OF GUNS.  Cannibals coming, without the slightest doubt.   Hell, no war there/ what’s a little hate, war is good for business.  
13.  Just for fun, because it is far from the most important reality of this day; we look at the economy particularly of this USA.  Sold it for greed/ destroyed it for want/ competed without mercy to control and make slaves.  So now democracy does not fundamentally exist:   because 3.8 trillion dollars spent by the federal government in one year is equal to:   $38,000.00 per each of one hundred million people.  In other words, you are entirely dependent upon what a tiny few people do or decide in government; that is communism.  That is waiting to be beggars and slaves, without hope.  How is that not civil war?  Regardless what anyone tells you:  The only way out is bankruptcy:   TAKING BACK, what was stolen from us/ by those with the power to consume our lives.  BY REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.   OR MORE SPECIFICALLY:   WE THE PEOPLE SHALL NOW DECIDE WHAT OUR FUTURE WILL BE, including any and all changes we shall make to ensure the tragedies listed herein do not come back.

And for decades now;   all the people say, “LETS US RUN AND HIDE” / cause I want to be rich; and let us not forget “I WON’T PAY”; let the others!
