1.  The functional parameter, that weapons of mass destruction are a deterrent to war/ NO LONGER EXISTS.  Rather they as is demonstrated in Iran and N. Korea; are critical links to the beginning of war with weapons of mass destruction.  As are any and all aspects of terrorism.  The excuse, “they won’t attack us/ because the events that will follow are so horrific, no one is that insane”/ is insane itself, because if the event is indeed that horrific (and it is), then only the most insane and corrupt humanity that has ever lived would embrace it “as their saviors”.
SANITY REQUIRES, the constitution demands: that we the people shall be protected/ and our lives SHALL NOT be gambled with.  That means distinctly, WHAT IS SANE; shall be the method of participation with this world in terms of armies and laws.  That means a world court/ a world law/ and a world police within a balanced framework for everyone MUST BE ESTABLISHED.  THE FAILURE OF WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION IS EXTINCTION.  The reality of human existence is NOT a game to be played by leaders of any nation.  As a world, with law;   MUST be our answer.  NO exceptions.

2.  Fusion is the burning of atomic bonds.  That means everything here on earth is FUEL/ everything!  Which means nothing can put this fire out, once it is ignited or established; AN ENTIRE PLANET, in flames is the only possible result.  IRREGARDLESS of any bastard university claim;   “That they know”, fusion cannot be sustained without tremendous pressures (which would mean gambling with fusion has no purpose here/ therefore just playing god) .   HOWEVER TRUTH SAYS:   “They do NOT know”, because it is an experiment; and that means if they start the fire they don’t know it will go out.  Or more simply MORE INSANE than the people who attack us with weapons of mass destruction.   I tell you the truth instead; because we know, it is the burning of atomic bonds/ it will not be put out, nor will it extinguish itself.  THIS MUST BE STOPPED, at every level.

3.  NATURE IS GENETIC CODE, everything else is either energy or mass/ assigned within the distribution of “circles called thought”.  Genetic code, IS THE INSTRUCTIONS that not only build the body of every life/ but give it the internal instructions that allow the body to be used/ reproduce/ breathe/ repair/ defend/ move/ speak/ hear/ see/ touch/ balance (two eyes/ same length limbs)/ discipline itself/ smell/ think at lower levels/ excrete/ know what food is and use it:   AND ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ELSE.   Genetic code is NOT A GAME”!  Because like any other form of disease, even slight variations of the wrong thing, in the wrong circumstance, or in violation of “existing codes”;   CAN BECOME DEATH to the entire genetic structure of life.  FOR AN ENTIRE WORLD.  The most arrogantly insane, the most fundamentally foolish, the plain “devils” that believe they can play god.   MUST BE STOPPED.   Because to be wrong/ is to let this planet die!  “Sorry” WON’T DO! 

Incorporated into redress, shall be these issues.  Established by their evidence in US supreme court 08-1339 :   THIS COURT IS ORDERED, to place a moratorium on any and every aspect of what gambles with every life on earth   IMMEDIATELY.  Across all lines/ throughout the military/ and within jurisdiction of this UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
