Hear this carefully:   when the money has power/ the people do not!  When the people have power, it is because the money has been distributed in fair and reasonable ways, to give all of society the freedom through liberty to decide for themselves.  The future is determined by how fast people fall into economic traps; because there shall always be predators.  EXCESS Money equals “master and slave”/ DEMOCRACY equals the right to decide, NO ONE gets to have excess power over the rest/ we all have rights, we all have options, we all have not only freedom but the opportunity to exercise those freedoms, because we control the “wealthy” by ourselves.  Instead of they control us.  Limited capitalism sets the boundaries of control,  the power of money, the right of property for us all:   NOT by making each one equal/ we are not.  However it does decide:   all share “a living wage”/ none get more than whatever you decide it shall be, “such as three times more”, than the least full time paid worker.  Make it ten if you like/ but never again “a billion to one”.  That, is the essence of democracy realized/ the right of us all to determine the life we the people shall live.  By controlling those, who attempt to control us instead.  Simple and plain.
Understand this: a few decades back, the cry was “give us government loans so the children can go to college”. The reality then: the university did not need to reduce its pricing or accept more children/ instead they got everything they wanted.  And we got leaders, without courage, having no real touch with reality; “we know, just one little thing”.  Which means they can’t take care of themselves.  The power to control by using our money changed the university, and the nation/ the power of fantasy and delusion in charge threatens our world.

Debt means: you took too much for yourself, and left nothing for the future.  The resolution of debt means: YOU SHALL take less for yourself, because we will make you take less/ thereby retrieving the future for ourselves.  American debt exists:   because the diplomas’ paid themselves too much.  Since they could not simply steal it;   they made monopoly money instead, and created for themselves long term slaves with pensions and other benefits that we are said to be required to pay;   because they did it with government.  That is the claim of debts against us!  The reality: the diploma’s paid themselves beyond all sense of justice, and conscious truth of democracy,  creating real desperation because they just didn’t care about anyone or anything or any future life: ONLY themselves. So they murdered the truth, they stole the government, they infected the world with threats and terrorism, and they believe we will be their slaves.  BUT THEY DID FORGET, we are the government, as is democracy/ and I refuse.  What then is your decision;   continued slave (they get everything/ we get next to nothing in comparison), OR free?   NOT a question of educational reality/ THIS IS a question of truth, and who STOLE the money, who stole our freedom from debt, and who threatens our lives, our future, our nation, and our world!  Where did this come from?  The answer: what changed is, every leadership position/ every person who hires/ every threat beyond what has always been, now has a diploma.  Is that simply “a coincidence?”  Prove it is.

Consider this story: I once went to a LEGAL government silent  auction/ a good van worth $5000.00 at stake/ knew what to bid, and was correct.  But refused, “an irritation with the seller”/ and bid low.  The end result was I lost a vehicle, and its price reduction “$4000.00 less than market value.  I never did that again, the reality of life is, sometimes you do have to overlook who “brings you the message/ opportunity”.  Because it will make a difference in your own life.  I ain’t what you expect/ want/ believe in/ etc;   but that won’t make a difference in the reality or truth of what I tell you,   can change this society/ or the reality or truth of what I tell you is threatening this society and world.  Because what is true, and real, is simply true and real;   that makes it correct, and sustained by value.  Whether you like me or not, is absolutely irrelevant to me and you/ it is a stupid excuse.  Do what life needs you to do.  Search, investigate, and learn what is real.

We must begin working for life first/ not money first:   that means you must surrender the constant idea, “I don’t want to stop these people/ I want to kill them”.  As is what was heard, when suggesting “victim defense jewelry” over the years. As is the reality, “they stole my money”.  Same is true throughout, in the reality of what goes wrong in society.  We cannot kill/ when it is clear, that substantive law and its penalties will do; because revenge builds hate, and hate can destroy us all.  Justice; Otherwise you just make all things worse.   Try to remember that.  Respect for life is necessary.        Which means our choice is to use what we can, and do what we must.  Don’t want too? Got ten thousand excuses or a few billion tears?  Guess what, “that don’t mean a thing, it is absolutely irrelevant in terms of reality and what is necessary to survive or rebuild.  A hindrance, not a help.

CLARITY DEMANDS;   no more incessant talking/ as is the constant among politicians and media; “its what they do”.  What we must do is create a substantive short, easy to understand listing of exactly what is wrong/ and an easy to understand set of very short definitions of why this is wrong/ followed by the best we can do, for correcting this problem with the least damage done, for a future that will not fail.  That is utterly impossible unless we stop those who are mutilating every living thing/ playing with energies we cannot control/ etc/ etc/etc.

As a small but necessary example:
DEBTS!
WRONG: 14.5 trillion dollars is just the federal debts, without the 60+ trillion in social security and medicare debts.   That is the federal burden placed on us in this USA. IT DOES NOT include personal debts/ business debts/ pension debt; and much more.
REASON: everybody wants/ nobody pays; people with power, that are dependent upon your vote, DO want to please you/ and that cannot be done by saying “pay your bill/ live within your means; or go ahead and die.”   So it is the politician and the “free (give me more) public” who did this to us.  But even so the primary factor is GREED (particularly fueled by diplomas); “I want theirs too”, that made disgrace possible.

THE BEST WE CAN DO:   is quit whining, present a true and accurate accounting; “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth”;  IN VIEW OF US ALL, with penalties for liars.  Take account of our position by its reality; and then declare bankruptcy;   because that is where we are.  You, “the free public” stole from the future/ and greed from all who wanted to be rich;  stole everything else to compete with the rich, adding to the damage they do/ “want me a trophy too”.  This is now the future, and ain’t nobody rich, because the money itself is now bad.  Worthless is worthless whether it’s a one dollar bill or a trillion dollars, apart from poor toilet paper, its still worthless. Which means a billion dollars has no more real value than one hundred dollars. Plain and simple, all equal.  Make the “rich” believe it too.  Don’t accept their money.  Bankruptcy means: that every property/ house, business,  mortgage shall be NOT paid for.  Shall go up for auction sale, “the common citizen owner” gets;  YOUR percentage of the money established by that sale is;  The same percentage of investment already paid into the property.  For example a one hundred thousand dollar house, that has had ten thousand dollars paid into it, represents a ten percent ownership of that house; “nothing more, nothing less/ no exceptions”.  With that amount of “money”, you get to bid on a different house, at auction.  What the hundred thousand dollar house actually sells for is irrelevant.  You had ten thousand dollars invested, you have ten thousand dollars to bid with.  There are no banks involved; highest personal bidder owns the property, in open advertized, everybody knows auction. Banks and lenders contributed in extreme collaboration with government employees; they can take the losses, we will own the property.  Investors knew; they chose to believe in the counterfeiters of money/ let them keep their paper dollars.  Therefore change the money.  Citizens only, if you have lived here more than four years and did not choose to be a citizen/ you can leave, take whatever profit was legally obtained.
The reality of this nation;   means we all “stand here naked, economically”.  Therefore, we begin again/ because nothing else will do.  So it is necessary to create the limits and boundaries of what we can rebuild, so that this cannot happen again.  All of us by vote must decide, what our future shall be.   I recommend the following:   saying to you, REMEMBER THIS: “once the primary decisions are made, and established as acceptable; there is little need to alter them later”.

1.    let the power of money,  to wreck our lives be minimal.  That requires taking the right of politicians to create debts and spend unrestrained money completely away. 
The method is: (a) create percentage expenditure dividing the actual income up into its various categories;   such as healthcare/ education/ military.  And by vote determining for ourselves, what percentage of income & the major categories of how those monies from our taxes, our work, our lives shall be spent in these,  “blocks of purpose.”  That percentage includes all “governmental employee payments, everything”.  You cannot give yourself a raise without removing someone else. You cannot retain your job, IF the people say “this agency does not work for us”.  There shall be NO union shelters, we the people decide, not you.
(b) the only method to create or exceed debt ceilings or block purpose boundaries is by our own public vote.  No more politicians decide.  No more politicians shall be allowed to control the currency: rather it shall be based upon “so many numbers, per citizen”.  No exceptions, no bonds, no international investment here or there. No ownership but by citizens who live here/ you move, you sell. All foreign debts paid for with an alternate world currency backed by gold or some distinct reality that cannot easily turn into fraud.
(c) no more wall street, they are a gambling casino using our jobs and our money and our future, for their game.  They NEVER made this nation a penny worth of true value/ BUT THEY DID damage us severely.  No more gambling with our lives, its our lives, NOT yours.

(d) no more regulation of banking/ business/ or anything through governmental employees.  Rather we shall decide for ourselves the base realities we will allow or not/ and we will enforce that right of society, by hiring private enterprise to establish our rules/ we will govern them, by requiring ABSOLUTE “open doors, lights on” work, and a completely transparent definition of that work being done, AT ALL TIMES.  Reality served, by a clear view of the courtroom for all the public to see.  Strict penalties enforced on the regulators and those being regulated.  We will control the regulators by requiring a vote from the public to determine who shall do this for us, every 4 years or so.
(e) all taxation beyond income, WILL BE DEDICATED to a specific task.  Such as is gasoline tax to road repairs/ NO MIXING of funds, no borrowing; completely isolated from the rest.  Thereby we know.  No taxation of housing beneath a property value that would serve the community: more simply “lived in property by two shared owners, with a square footage beneath one thousand square feet.” RESOURCES ARE IMPORTANT.  Make it up in income tax. Let the actual tax rate including every single tax be made known, listed including sales tax;  in every annual taxation period; so we know it all, the true amount taken from us.  And can make our own decision, to fight or pay.  No more, “under the thumb of you”.
(f) no more taxation applied to college education/ no borrowing/ none of it.  They will find their money by proving they did accomplish something worthwhile for the student; a percentage of their income from a job, that is clearly established by what was taught to them.  In other words all universities shall now be privatized as a business instead of a school.  Their reward being, a percentage of the benefit found by their students, from what was taught.  No job, no debt. 

(g) limited capitalism for all;   which means simply “we ain’t equal/ but everybody has a fair chance to do for themselves”/ no more slavery or rich, beyond the limits set by us all.  Limited capitalism determines that the differences in our income shall be determined by vote.  Probably “you can make 3 times (it can be ten times more.  But it CANNOT be a billion times more.  Do you understand?) more than me/ but then you are through for the year (cannot make more) until the following year.  Unless you teach the competition, and the public grants to you, “a little more” for that.  The same is true for all property and land, everything;   we decide what it means to be wealthy, and how much that wealth shall be, in this nation.  Because we control exactly how much you will be allowed to claim as your own.   We decide as a society, exactly where the poverty line shall be, by our vote, for a forty hour week; no one earns less! NOT an individual attack; but the same limits applied to us all.  Its called LIBERTY, the right by vote to determine for society, what is fair and what is freedom.   Same for all, men and women absolutely EQUAL.

(h) the right to work, is an absolute undeniable reality; which means I CANNOT LEGALLY be excluded, from participating in my own needs, rights, and realities.  That requires jobs not welfare/ that requires:   you will accomplish the work accepted by you, or you will be separated from society to find your own survival.  That means the “Roosevelt style conservation corps” and such shall be reconvened; to improve the future and sustain this world.  Child care where needed, shall be required and established; and so on.  That means WE THE PEOPLE, shall decide what machines, or poisons, or mutilation, or resources, or computers, or business size;  whatever it is that participates in this environment as a decision of humanity, and creates a future or destroys it from us: IS BY OUR OWN DECISION, as a society/ NOT your decision attacking us/ not a politician, or business, or university, or any other influence but our own.  No more gambling with life, UNLESS we agree, with inspections, full disclosure;  and the opportunity to change our mind if a threat occurs/ regardless of the money.
(i) the block recipients of our tax money decide for themselves; as in social security recipients, and all military soldiers equal; by vote (its their lives).  How that money shall be spent/ EXCEPT FOR “the university in the rare event they attain a purpose we will accept”; they CANNOT choose for themselves, or have control; WE HAVE been threatened enough.  There is no money or purpose for NASA.
(j) world law decides the fate of this world/ thereby world policing shall be supported, and NO weapons of mass destruction allowed.  If there is a war, there shall be a draft/ everybody goes.
(k) the only arts programs or funding allowed, is an investment that teaches the others how to do for themselves/ at a salary considered average for all workers.  Want more, “its called selling your work; no government money allowed.

(l) there shall be no support for athletic coaching, “earn it from receipts”/ there shall be physical education for all:   BUILD your body today/ use it for the rest of your life.   All public education rests on the principle: that we shall teach these children how to survive and do well in this society, this world.  WHAT THEY need and want to learn, for life itself.  They choose the teacher, its their life; no diploma is necessary. MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND, their ability to survive and do well is based upon what they do know, or can do.  In other words create your competition/ understanding the future is dedicated to those who will share and care, because we are just too many people to war/ and we have too few resources for selfish gluttony anymore.  It is that simple.  It ain’t a building that matters, “its what and who is inside”.  Schools will be joined/ the poorest, with the best; and so on.  That includes sharing faculty, sharing taxes, sharing opportunities; but not busing.  Schools will be graded for violence/ and those students which the student body(1 vote, yes or no) and faculty (1 vote, yes or no) combined  vote to remove; go to the more violent schools until each school has a “clean bill of health”.  The violent schools shall be changed to military schools, with a very different environment.
(m) the ability of business to compete, is based upon the competition.  Small cannot compete with large/ because the competition is too severe.  That means the monopolies or chains, etc shall be broken up;   no more “single names/ each location shall have its own independent name”/ to remove mass marketing, and level the field.  To establish fair and legitimate marketing between all players: a system which states, “everything sold in this store is below this stated and advertized mark up”.  You can call it “a/b/c” etc.  To control the garbage; if it shall need service or recycling; either this store does so/ or you cannot sell it.  In other words, no more cherry picking the major selling component and letting service and parts die.  No more.  No more lies, only “the maximum truth” allowed in advertizing.

(n) no more pharmaceutical advertizing/ no more throwing medicine away: returned and resold or given away. No more throwing food away, either tiny spaced batches (cleaned and labeled between) that cannot exceed a realistic amount to be thrown away.  Or it is the end of all large operation food suppliers/ only small, which shall be allotted defined locations to sell within.
(o) no more drug war.  Instead, whenever a person is caught selling an illegal drug/ those drugs shall be confiscated, all property searched;  and given to the users, metered out by the police, or within “drug jungles” ; where users must stay [live video into schools; this is reality], but can have all they want, until it runs out.  You die, you die.  That takes the money away, and lets the user know: “you can have this for free”.  The pusher either surrenders the supplier, or goes to jail. No more picking on drunk drivers; same for all. It is intentionally choosing to be dangerous while driving as in texting, or other common choices; with the same result.  Therefore the same penalties.  BE FAIR.  The penalty is, 30 days immediate jail time per multiple of intoxication.  Then a “flashing light” or other indicator, attached to every vehicle that can be driven; opportunity to be stopped and tested: to determine if found drunk or drinking without warrant. No more picking on smokers: let tobacco taxes pay their healthcare/ NO other tax applied (they aren’t your slaves); everybody else has no say. Let the smokers decide.  Leave them alone, or be realistic;  you do treat them just as bad as they treat you, in different ways.
(p) no more withholding information, no more collecting information, no more selling information; unless there is a valid and proven reality of criminal intent. All collected information shall be deleted unless, the citizen chooses otherwise.

(q) the customer/ consumer, etc; shall have clear and legitimate access provided by any and all manufacturers regarding any and all necessary information and access to all software, etc that has been purchased before.   For example;  Such as is a vehicle computer software, for free, in a manner that is cheap or free for the people to use.  No controlling the investment, you have no right.

(r) the energy policy that works is INSULATION, so that energy use will be minimized.  Efficiencies demand only the best designs, no other choices (remembering common sense).  No more using the drinking water for fuel production, period.  No more irrigation without a true need. No more chemicals for any lawns/ none.  A long list of “no more”.   Bearing in mind that pollinators (our food) are dying for a reason worldwide.  And asking the question, WHAT are the possibilities of:   the most prolific new “worldwide” agricultural chemical in the last years that could cause this problem: the answer is “roundup/ all the newest pesticides based upon an entirely different attack formulation”.   Want to know where all the allergies, autism, cancers come from:   what has changed?  Lets see, poisons produced by the trillions of pounds/ genetic mutilations of everything possible, particularly foods/ alterations created by antibiotics, antifungal’s, antiseptics’/ mutations caused by medicines/ shifting populations which transport everything around the world/ carcinogens in the air, water, and sea infecting the chains of life that represent our food, intentional radiation, garbage overflowing everywhere, and changing this entire environment; just to name a few.   Who cares, right/ hell let someone else deal with these problems:   you got greed.  You got a right to gamble with all life on earth, in case some people playing god, might just wipe a single tear away.  Never mind the ocean of tears they leave behind for the rest.   Ain’t that right.  Are you tired of watching life be killed yet?  What would you say, to someone watching you die, who did absolutely nothing, but ignore or ridicule you:   for interfering in his or her day, “got a damn new car to buy/ leave me alone”?  Is that not you?
(s) immigration shall be tied directly to the truth of population control being established within any other nation.  No more than two children, and its over.  Let the women decide, its their body/ and like it or not men realistically have “nearly nothing” to do with the birth of a child.  One single man, can have “tens of thousands of babies” with current methods.  Which does literally prove:  Making men sterile won’t help. Incentives SHALL be provided to women, it is entirely their choice/ but there shall be a price to pay, decided and enforced by women if they continue to have children.   Let the women decide, its their body.  But because men won’t make a difference even though they are in fact A MAJOR part of the problem: they must pay.  Its “{only fair}”.  In one decade, this world shall add another billion people, and they grow;   WE CANNOT survive that as a world, the earth won’t allow it.  Plain and simple.
(t) there shall be no more “lifetime sentences in prison”/ either you will be reformed in twenty years, or you will be killed (there is no room left for you).  Another “violent felony” and you will be killed instead of prison.  Prisons shall be divided, homosexual and not/ violent and not/ working for a better life outside and not.  Etc.

(t) nobody gets to pass a sexually deadly or dangerous and un-heal-able disease, without fully informing the other person/ and even then it shall be illegal (with prison sentence) unless they too have the disease.  To accomplish that, you will either publicly provide information with complete and real access in all possible locations so as to inform everyone.  OR you will have a critical and real tattoo that cannot be removed without imprisonment for all involved;  which demands this disease is here.  NONE however needs to see it, unless the clothes are off.  Then plain and simple.
(u) we will own all access rights as a nation/ we will own the natural resources, and control any resource that is of critical interest to society.  NOT BY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES/ but by our own decision as a society by the law we create. No more lies, no more fantasy, no temptations, no stealing, no cheating, no fraud; truth and nothing but the truth; that is the basic change sought. A base reality is: that unless we “feed the fish in the ocean”/ they will die, then so will we.  Our only real hope for feeding the fish is to use dead human bodies.  Simple and plain.
(V) in the reality of life, it is the people who caused the debts that must pay the bills.  One quick source of funding is the sale of presidential planes/ cars/ helicopters.  One certain source of funding is governmental pensions, healthcare, etc.  One necessary source of income is the removal of all protections from presidents past, and so on.  The reduction of pay by 80% for all government workers above a “third grade pay level”; or more simply actual workers excluded. Take away the luxuries, they provided to themselves, and pay no politician that is not on duty and making a vote as needed: pay no politician that does not vote as they promised the electorate.  In other words, if you aren’t on the job, you don’t get paid;   “Just like the rest of us”.

The power to control society comes not only through money and control of resources; leaders create the worst kinds of failure; and they create war.  HOWEVER it is the courtroom that expands that failure, and controls our lives.  That means we must control the leaders, and we must control the courts.  THERE ARE  distinct methods for doing that.
1 an election is worthless, unless it deals with the truth of our reality and makes information and discussions critically involved with the problems of this day.  No more money to buy elections:   we will control public access to ALL advertizing.  And refuse advertizing by private means.  Or more simply, a politician has the right to say whatever he or she wants through our own national television or public broadcast means.  BUT they may not make ANY public political statements beyond that format/ unless it is in person, or through individual volunteers as in a “door to door” understanding.   The news media shall not discuss or alter their public statements/ shall not show their faces;   but they shall discuss and define their information/ their answers/ their understanding, as it applies to society, not to the politician.  And refer to the candidates only as “a/ b/ c” or some such none descriptive title.  It is the values and the ability to help society that we wish to hire/ NOT a name or political party. Tell us what you know.  The more individuals that vote for a candidate during this process before election/ the more time that candidate shall have on public television, or better time slots.

2.   World law SHALL control what world leaders may or may not do.  Fail to obey that law, and those charged with “world policing (the best this world has, established by integrity, respect, and responsibility)” shall come, and take that leader to world court, where they shall be investigated by the law.  World policing is NOT about “the public citizen” it is about leaders and those who do threaten massive harm.  Should a leader fail to surrender to world law/ that leader shall be found and brought to trial, or killed; dependent upon reality. All nations shall contribute.  With world law, both Iran and Syria as it stands in this day find themselves in need of compliance, or our world laws, or we the world, go and arrest the leaders.  And they will find themselves in jail. But the USA and RUSSIA, ETC, will surrender their weapons of mass destruction too.
3.   The courtroom is about WHAT WE WANT OUR SOCIETY TO BE.  Simple as that.  To establish laws that we believe as society MUST be obeyed:   we must create them for ourselves, in short, distinct, simple commands that are then law.  Throw the rest out, and make one hundred or so “ten commandment like/ or constitutional amendments (as short as possible/ with little room for misinterpretation)” laws.   When it is our law, we will teach it/ control it, because we know/ and enforce it, because we must.   We do have the right.

4.  The judge is our representative, our employee;  as we the people dedicated to a better world.  NOT immune/ NOT guaranteed a job/ NOT a ruler or any other form of superior;   his or her job is, to establish the laws we created for the benefit of society/ respecting the boundaries of freedom and enforcing liberty.  THAT IS NOT, what we get today.  To achieve what we MUST HAVE to attain and establish peace and harmony: the judge must do what we have hired him or her to do.  To achieve that control over a judge it is absolutely necessary, that every courtroom shall be opened “lights on/ doors open”.  Names and faces are not necessary for the people involved.  Every participant (judge/ lawyers/ police/ defendant/ plaintiff/ etc), SHALL file their own report on the judicial process indicating whether JUSTICE AND RESPECT for the law and the citizen and our society was served or not.  It will be a “one out of five” report good to bad; each participant shall choose.  Different categories if you wish.  Any judge who fails to achieve and hold a summary tabulation above 70% does not remain a judge.  Justice will be served, or we will find another.  Any litigant involved in “societies business”/ as would be represented by me the plaintiff James F. Osterbur for example.  Shall be able to call society to attention, by proving to the media the law was not obeyed.  And find a public forum commensurate with the social need:   as is redress of grievances;  the right to ask we the people/ NOT the right to make we the people choose with them.

5.  The foundation of every social need, every possible intervention for the sake of peace, harmony, and life:   is based upon public communications.  That is now controlled in large part by a news media owned by a tiny few “rich/ money” people.  That means our information is filtered and edited to become propaganda for the rich and powerful.  A fact that is NOT suitable for democracy or life sustained.  We MUST have a free press/ there is no free press, when a tiny few control the jobs, and control the money, and control the information.  All news MUST THEN be broken into individual fragments.  NO ownership outside the confines of society.  Or more specifically we own the means to communicate;   tv stations, etc.  While reporters are paid personally for their stories based upon public sentiment/ public good/ or public importance.  The reporters themselves choose, with the help of a    Secondary source from society itself, who do become accredited to help make the decisions that become information to be discussed by we the people.   You must produce something of honest value to society, to become accredited for helping to  make this decision, for us.

HEALTHCARE is a fundamental of life, that is desired by all.   DON’T want to die for little things, HOWEVER it is a duty to die for “big things”; because the rest of us cannot be made your slave.  Simple as that, all the same.  Healthcare represents the value of a human life; every human life is comparable to every other human life; because life is literally a gift to us all.  NOT open for debate, life is a gift, which makes us equal.

Given that:   healthcare should be conceived of as equal for everyone.  Money shall not matter, except as society defines it to be true for everyone.  Payment shall be equal to a percentage of income, over a period of years/ based upon the treatment received. Under no circumstance shall the amount exceed “one entire years salary”.  The same period of years used to average income, that can be allowed to pay the billing.  Same percentage for all; because if you have a million dollars, ten percent of that is actually less harmful than if you make a thousand dollars.  But nobody gets to play games.  Decide for yourselves.   Those payments shall then go to a “a regulator, hired by the public/ and voted upon by the public” which shall redistribute the money among all people involved in the actual work of healthcare, by percentages to nurses, doctors, etc.  In other words healthcare for rich or poor is the same, in terms of dollars received by medical practice.  That redistributed money goes “per operation, individual care” and so on/ more for good results, less for failure.  Investigations shall occur, if the failure rate is too high/ but a greater percentage shall go to those who accept the harder jobs. People who are innocent victims of crime, shall have those related realistic bills paid for by society. Children up to the age of 14 shall have their bills paid for by society (with limits).  Children between the ages of 15-18 shall participate in their costs with community work.

 The schooling of doctors, shall be paid for by the communities they represent.  The schooling/ graduation rate,  of doctors shall increase by not less than ten-fold, immediately.  Medicine is not a business, but it is up to you to find patients/ payments are based upon work done.  Which does mean the more you do, the more you are paid.  Fraud will find you in prison/ your property removed.   Pharmaceuticals are not a business that can control medical patents;   we will own the right to our medicine/ but the inventor shall be paid based upon the good being done.  The nation shall control all medical patents, and any manufacturer can make the medicine so long as standards are held high. Actual known reality, and potential complications, shall inform the patient prior to taking medicine:   such as one in one thousand people die from this/ receive catastrophic complications from this/ etc.  Actual numbers, with actual results, NO temptations, NO hiding or lawyer statements allowed. All “trouble” considered caused by pharmaceutical products will be paid for by that industry.  Plain and simple and clear/ all understand.  YOU WILL set a cost limit per patient, and accept the truth:   even though we may in fact love you/ there comes a moment, when you cannot take everything just to die; we have needs too.

In the elemental truth of jobs, the plain and simple reality is: that we have become so many people on earth, we simply cannot continue as life in society has been.  There are simply NO RESOURCES LEFT FOR THAT.  You can dispute or ignore that, but if you do, cannibalism will be your reward.
So the question is: WHAT can we do about jobs and humanity, and life in society to compensate ourselves for work, to retain control as society itself, rather than being ruled by money? 
1.  We first look at the money itself, and understand: WE THE PEOPLE are the money, no tree says “pay me first before you cut me down”.  It is the people who are the money, they make the jobs;   the ONLY contribution of the rich is:   they control the resources so you can’t have them.  Which in turn has bought life on earth a little more time, because one gluttonous hog, does less damage than an entire herd of gluttonous people all wanting to HAVE IT ALL.  That is no longer useful, and will prove disastrous to life on earth if you fail to remove it.  Natural resources decide if we have something to work with/ people decide who we can work with, and why.  Every depression/ recession is simply and plainly:   “The rich, won the game, and now control the rest, because they took all their money; treachery/ threats/ temptations, or whatever does not matter”.  Money is a game, because it decides who gets to control, “winner, or loser”.  Life is not a game, it is survival and happiness creating a desire to live, or death.

2.  Controlling the money means: that we must control the jobs, the resources, and the decisions that create or change our society.  To do that requires limited capitalism, which means:   we must control employment by offering incentives to those who do employ more people, “you can have a little more”/ if you treat the employees correctly,   per employee hired full time.  To control our society requires single businesses, that do not dominate our environment, unless it is absolutely required. One such example is:   today men choose to play monopoly with our lives/ they   take over business and throw the rest out.  Such as is the fifteen thousand acre farm (possible only because of chemicals)/ that represents a change from “the sixties farming community”;   of one farm family now controls what 50-75 farm families did.  Instead of working the farm, tens of thousands of gallons of chemicals are poured on instead.  Do you understand the difference?
3.  Democracy gives us the choice, to determine our own destiny as a society/ and there is NO AUTHORITY to claim that freedom in democracy exceeds or denies our liberty to make decisions by our vote; as to the future we shall have.  Instead of greed and gluttony, the constitution demands shared opportunities and real justice for everybody.  Not slaves and masters, that battle was fought.  It is OUR CHOICE, to decide what freedom and liberty means, for ourselves.

4.  We must decide, what competition means/ and how we shall deal with that.   Competition is: the reality that more than one wants the same thing, and there is no more; “we have become too many people”.  As it is, that either means, one person gets it, and all others suffer for it (current).  OR, we go to war, as one person demands to own, what another says is mine; can’t work it out (world war coming).  OR, we must share the reality of our environment, and care about how we interact with each other.  (It’s a choice).  If we make the choice to share, it means literally we make the choice to return to what I would refer to as “more of a fifties era, reality”.  Wherein there is considerably less consumption/ more tightly knit communities/ and friends.  It is the simple way of saying:   let the insane be gone, let the absolutely selfish die, let the reality of life first lead the way;   and NO it does not mean “a return to caves”.  But it does mean everybody must respect our reality as a world.  You cannot return to the days past;   there are too few resources left, which means we die when they are gone.  And there are too many people 7 billion;  reaching out every day, 365 days a year, most hoping for one hundred years.  Add it up, what does that take in food, water, environment, fire, etc.   Either we can accept reality/ or you will die, its NOT a hard concept.  It just means, you cannot be “insane, ludicrous, gluttonous hogs” anymore.  You must work for life, or you will lose everything.  Simple and plain/ like it or not.  Its not a hard choice/ this simply asks you to live within respect, discipline, and friendship.   Not so bad, is it?

5.  If we all choose to learn how best to work for ourselves, that freedom brings happiness with it, giving us all hope for a future.  If we choose to participate in sharing, we will enjoy much longer vacation periods/ we can choose child care/ and simply make everything that builds a life of friendship for society for ourselves;   by electing to educate the competition, so that the work is done, by us all.   To do that requires and does mean:   NO MORE competing to be “rich (make the rest losers)”.  No more look at me, “I am practically a god”.  No more slaves, everybody gets “More than poverty here”.  Or more simply SHARING requires CARING, and if you refuse you fail.  Instead of one company controls everything/ there will be many.  When there is one company providing jobs, they have total power over you/ when there are many, we all have some level of control.  Instead of one store, where everybody drives too/ there must be neighborhood stores, so that driving is cut dramatically;   because we don’t have the oxygen in our environment for all that fire, etc.  It is a price that must be paid.  We have many jobs:   re-insulating every building that uses heat or air conditioning; to triple current best levels.  The environment NEEDS help to survive in countless ways.  We can easily do the work, we certainly have the people: BUT if you do not surrender “I will be rich”/ you will fail, because the work and our lives hang in the balance between:   whether you care enough about life to accept its limits/ OR whether you continue to demand;   ME, ME, ME, ME, GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY, YOU DAMN PIECE OF SHIT (the current decision).  It’s a choice. 

6.  A job is the opportunity to work for your own needs, and determine the level of time and energy you will accept for the pleasures and pains of society, applied by its liberty/ OR the reality of freedom that remembers LIFE IS, fundamentally time, and the exercise of our right to decide, for ourselves:  called freedom.  A resource is: what nature provided to us, either as life on earth, or for our personal use as is body and mind.  Combined, these are the relationships we share with survival, love, life, and hate.  None give us a job/ they merely restrict us from a job, by controlling the resource for themselves.  BUT WE MUST work for ourselves, and do what needs to be done in the life we chose; because that is our job; NOT theirs.  The question about who has the right to control a resource is for society to decide as a whole/ by true vote (I know, what I vote for or against).  By democracy we give ourselves freedom and the liberty to work, earn, and protect in society; because that is our right.  NOT as it is done today; wherein as this site proves the courtroom is merely a stooge for power and pride/ the government is a ridiculous disgrace/ and the university disrespects everything; because they call themselves god. ETC/ ETC/ ETC.   But by limited capitalism, and the removal of chains, through the claims of money that has no value left.  Or more simply:   we must take back our nation, and our world, as one humanity determined to be free.  Freedom is the right to choose for ourselves/ the reality of a price that we must pay.  Want too, or not.  It’s a choice!

          The reality of american infrastructure is: that the diseased hearts, which chose to steal, lie, and cheat the american taxpayer.  Chose as well to discontinue paying for any and all aspects required for the future, including roads etc.  HOWEVER, it is plain, clear, and legitimate to understand: the power to decide to spend “millions of dollars or more”, and profit or stamp your name in the history books is just too much for most to bear.  The leadership has proven:  “Can’t be fair/ can’t be conservative/ can’t be honest/ can’t be less than greedy, etc”.  Just how it is.  Which means those projects that have been done, are usually mere examples of theft and corruption at every turn.  Even when they believe we are doing our best. The reality is fool instead.  An example would be:    I bid on replacing the lights on a softball field years ago.  The “experts”, making the decision specified the newest “engineering marvel; lights on a beam”.  I chose to provide a bid on the lighting style that had been used for decades;   the difference in bid price was mine at $12,000.  And the next lowest at $60,000.  They chose the other, “extra special lights”, because it was believed they would not move in the wind causing blind spots on the field.  The reality however is, on top of a fifty foot pole, it’s the pole that moves, not the lights.  Ignorance is bliss.   Contracts matter.  I bid a governmental type contract on a different job at $98,000 I think; lowest, but they rebid because too high.  So they threw out the contract, and used a standard construction contract;   I was lowest at $78,000; all bidders returned a similar bid to their original.  But the job was not done.  The only difference in the bidding, was the contract.  Take a lesson/ but don’t be stupid.

The lesson of what must be done is determined by the structural integrity of the whole.  Structural strength is determined by many factors that can be re-engineered, with additional plates or additional structure, or changes to a wide assortment of things.  In other words, there are choices, if you are smart enough to know what those choices are.  Let nobody make the decision for you.  LET EVERYBODY inform you, about what can be done to improve this situation.  Engineers, contractors, construction workers, anybody who wants to make a suggestion, because they may know something or turn you in a direction that will allow for better, AT MUCH cheaper costs.  In other words:   instead of the absolute insanity of today, where resources are less than manure, and everybody wants to tear down something so they can put their own name on it.  Get a grip on the power to decide, and make certain your news sources pay attention to the people trying to make a difference for you.  In the case of the softball field, I had a reporter interested, he made a story; but the owner of the news source said no.  Its just like the common, and regularly dispensed  disgrace in this area of at least 2 major news sources for the community: they said a public building was “falling apart and had to be destroyed”/ showed paint peeling badly as a sign.  I went to that building, searched/ the only paint peeling, the only sign of deterioration (all the rest newly painted).  I found a maintenance man in charge of the place, asked why the underneath side of a stair way was left out, “to peel”.  And he told me, he had been ordered to do so, no uncertain mistake, “he was told DON’T under any circumstances touch it”.  The news showed the paint by kneeling down, only part of the building/ then tore the place down saying it was in terrible condition. An absolute lie.  In another building later on, the leaders of the community; fire department included/ went into a building I frequented and carrying a 8 foot aluminum ladder; they then condemned the man’s property and took it saying in the news it was so dangerous that this little group of about six overweight out of shape people that could not walk across a bad place on the floor if they were about to die; would not risk their lives for anything.  These said,  that is exactly what they did/ therefore had to condemn it.  In other words, the propaganda is up to our chin/ the lies as thick as a sewer sludge/ and the desire to steal is overwhelming to most in leadership;   because they own the news, and the news is used against us.  Pay attention for yourselves, search and demand REAL PROOF/ anyone caught lying in the news, as were these does deserve prison for fraud.  The current fraud; is at the police station,  the twenty year old county jail is not good enough, and cannot be refurbished even if it was;   got to spend a few million more.  Again showing more paint peeled on the surface of a door lock (imagine that),  alas “the whole building is bad” / the propaganda produced and fed to the public.  The clear purpose being we want to spend a few more million of your money, after all, “its free” for us!  The proper method would then be:   a public that demands to see for themselves, everything.  Fraud, in a police station is fraud, should not someone “go to jail?”  Prove who set the reporter up to lie/ passing along propaganda is not reporting; it is playing the mouse, living on crumbs from the garbage can.  Or more simply who uses “our news” against us? Should they not go to jail too?  Fraud is fraud.  There complaints are overcrowding so they built another jail already, one is enough; where is your public service to reduce the need instead? It won’t cost more, unless we are swindled.  Finding someone mentally unfit means: “they can be thrown away, without trial”/ that is power, not justice, let them be tried, let them be heard.  But understand this, corruption allows, “drugs, etc” can be introduced by liars and thieves.  Where are the dangerous “rival gangs that kill each other here”: are not two cages enough?  Show us!  Absolute fraud exists in the assumption “we cannot keep an eye on the inmates”; camera surveillance is everywhere, why not here/ what is more efficient than ten cameras for instance, or more?  Depressing in a jail cell is as simple as letting more light in: a small matter most contractors can fix for the entire jail in less than a week. Its called “new windows”. How is a jail inadequate, in truth, when prisoners don’t escape? Fraud and deceit, are they not the bottom line/ ask yourself why/ and then look at the courthouse across the street, or one block over; and understand, “the money is all free/ for us; cause we don’t give a damn about nobody else”.  Give us your house, you damn slave, cause we want MORE.  The necessary job is: “let us find the people who say, MAKE THEM SPEND MILLIONS, because I want, what I want”?  Who is this mystery person(s)/ who steals?
