We begin with the simple exclusions of what is commonly seen today: “people yelling and screaming, I have a right; as is occurring in state legislatures today”.  They are NOT demanding rights in reality, they are demanding more of the same because they want the reality of what they have been doing to remain the same or give them more.  The battle over “collective bargaining” is not what they represent it to be.  Rather the issue here is, that these unions know they must give up something right now/ but they are fighting to keep “collective bargaining” so as to get a new politician next time: and then file a lawsuit to get everything back in a couple years, plus interest and penalties for themselves.  In other words, it’s a con game to avoid the truth today/ and swindle you back later.  That is unethical and unwise to entertain.  Their side is, “we have a contract”!  The reality of life is: by collective bargaining your methods,  made us all bankrupt.  It is that simple. Don’t want change?  The state dissolves into financial ruin/ those who took the most leave: the rest being burdened with your greedy leftovers; must fight to survive.  What, is fair about that.  Greed, absolute/ plain/ simple/ and without excuse, is clearly the cause of these financial tragedies.  People create greed/ the people collecting all the money are responsible for that greed/ the people paying the bill, or expected to pay the greedy: are the slaves.   In other words, we CANNOT bargain or negotiate with each other, unless the burden of tragic greed, and its consequences is honestly dealt with/ and everybody gets to be free.  NOT the few get to be rich/ pay us!  Rather, we are in this together as a society, and we all need to be respected for the life we represent.  We need to be honest with each other, so that life comes first/ NOT money, etc.  Not a game/ it’s a choice.

In reality this is a fight for collective bargaining/ but the truth is opposite of what the public unions say: are these not in leadership positions, “they say they are, more important than the average citizen” is that not so.  In reality we the people do represent the union of people that are being used and abused (or more simply the workers arguing with those in charge of the company)/ are they not in charge of the company?  It is the people who have claimed because they are our employees they have a right to whatever they demand: “Does that not sound like those who claim to be the boss”?  They take the most, and leave us with whatever we have left/ don’t care, ain’t listening: is that not consistent with “union talks and management”; the people say, we are being abused/ you are taking all the money for yourselves”? DO  They NOT,  listen to our needs;  not at all, and except “big paid vacations and all manner of benefits we cannot afford/ for themselves.  They say:   we must do whatever they say, because they have a legal right to make us do whatever they want us to do.  How is that not: exactly like we the people as the people of a union, fighting with those who “run the business”/ and pay us minimum wage?  Explain it.
As to the proper course of action to take as a governor, it is simply this: we are now forced to live within our means, and have proven that with debts that cannot be paid.  Our option is to remove people from the payroll/ or reduce their wages; there is no other choice.  Consequently as of today, all employees directly involved by assertion of layoff coming shall now receive a reduced wage/ same percentage for all.  Representing the monies that must be cut.  Your pay will return to the same level WHEN YOU HAVE PRODUCED the names of the people that you as a group have determined shall be laid off from your ranks.  NO “punishing the people”/ by laying off an entire school, or the like; be fair to all, and consistent with needs/ or your pay will be reduced further.  You are the leader/ this is the money you shall work with: no further complaints: do it yourself.

So then instead of yelling and screaming “I WANT/ I WANT/ I WANT; and I DON’T CARE (proven true, because this has no relationship to reality)”. The question becomes HOW do we honorably determine the direction of our society, without war, and the rulers it creates?  The answer is: that we must seek clear and defined resolutions among ourselves that do honestly state, with certain mandates and conditions: the life we do choose to live with each other.  To do that, we NEED short, clear, distinctive laws; that carefully outline the basic foundations we want for our society, and choose therefrom to live within these laws we create for ourselves.
There are three critical foundations required for every society to define.  1.  The limiting of power over us, by any means must be distributed as much as is possible: TO ALL of us.  Thereby we shall not be ruled/ but shall rule ourselves.  That requires law, regarding tax collection and what our employees can do with that money in our name.  Being specific about tax, and how it is spent;   can be seen in the example: a gas tax can be spent only on roads, and no other tax can be combined/ nor can any other expenditure with this money be created.  By being specific in this way, we gain the power to control.   By being specific on more generalized categories, with a percentage of the taxes collected going to this purpose or that purpose;   for example, social security taxes are ten percent of income.  Divided between the people collecting/ by their own vote, and decision.  Covers everything, this is all we pay regardless of your need or want. 
2.  The foundation we expect shall be our freedoms in this society: MUST be determined by reality.  Or more simply, what do you expect to do for yourself, to yourself, or with yourself/ that nobody else has a right to tell you no.  What is freedom? 

3.  The foundation in opposition to freedom is liberty: in this society, we reserve the right to tell you, this type of decision goes beyond our ability to let you influence our lives too.  Therefore we have accepted the power to say:   your freedom stops here.

These are the basic participants; but there are three more functioning parameters of life, that must be discussed.

4.  HOW do we work, as friends in this society instead of direct competitors?  Because anything less ends in war/ as resource loss becomes the only thing that matters.  The fundamental here is: that the game of money shall end.  Throughout male history money has been the trophy/ wherever slavery, playing god,  or women are not.  To discard these games means to accept the truth: NO more trophies, are available.  To establish these trophies no longer exist requires acceptance of these:   (A) that friends are greater than trophies.  (B) that people have a right to work, because they are equal to us all.  (C) that resources are more important to life, than games.  (D) that no one gets to play god anymore; or more simply NO more “big companies/ big experiments/ big anything”:   instead people come first.   (E) Women shall be equals, by proving you cannot simply use or abuse anymore; equal, plain and simple.  When the game is dissolved, the reality becomes:    WHAT will people do with their time?  Because most games are played simply because people want to play them/ not because they have to.  Money is different in that this game commands “do what I say”/ or you can die.  Therefrom we know, to establish not a game anymore:   “We must guarantee a job: primarily environmental/ recycling/ reuse/ recover/ etc” to each and everyone who needs it.  Therefrom life becomes a choice/ not a command someone else makes of my life.  The question of requirement to be met with regards to the job, and options to take one job as opposed to another; are for you to decide.  The question of welfare ends/ the demand, WE WON’T pay for you to have children is established with sterility: an opportunity to make a better decision is fair, or be paid for that sterility, a decision that should be considered honest.

5.  HOW do we divide the work of this society, in ways that benefit us all?  The answer is, limited capitalism: the right to work however you please/ BUT NOT take everything or control everything for yourself.  Simple as that.  To establish greater flexibility for all: the opportunity to train your own competition enlarges the limit/ if you prove true.  The community sets the expectations and new limit for you, because you teach your own competition.  Beyond that, the critical relationship we share with “government employees” has proven to be a failure.  The work however does need to be done.  That leaves us with one primary choice: put the work out for bidding; under a simple contract/ that allows for removal of that contract from you, under specific conditions.  Bidding wars level the playing field by introducing more competition/ more competition reduces the price for everyone involved.  When you take out the money, nobody is happy.  Thereby the question of work, becomes more about the hours spent/ the reality of good or bad working conditions/ and the quest for freedoms as money is commonly demanded for.  A bid that includes bargaining for other than money, becomes more real:   what as a society can you offer to your workers, that will benefit their lives/ as they try to benefit yours?  Or more simply: the path of our future in peace and harmony is dedicated to what we can do for each other/ NOT what we can do strictly and selfishly, for ourselves.  The difference is: that with money, nobody matters but me and the money/ however with a claim against society, what matters is us, and how we interact to treat each other fairly and with equity.  Money doesn’t care/ as a society we must, if we are to remain or be friends. If we become friends instead of competitors: we become happy, instead of potential enemies.  Its worth the price of being happy/ to be friends.  Some will never agree/ because they chose hate: these MUST leave; one way or the other.

6.  Resources are the basis and foundation of all life on earth/ without them, there is nothing but desert/ rock/ and water.  Can’t survive on nothing, can you!  Therefore what occurs to each and every resource demands attention from us all/ because not only is this our lives, but every future life that can or will ever exist.  We have a duty to protect the future; simple as that.  For our needs in this day: the question is, “what is fair, to us too”?   The answer is, that our needs as life must be met.  BUT the only way that can continue to happen is if we meet the needs of nature itself/ if we protect the environment/ if we sustain the chains in nature and ecology that do grant life to the procession that represents nature itself; and so on.  Diversity is the key, that nature uses to protect us all; for thousands of years, in  documented history we know this is true/ its not a guess or a game.  Nature HAS PROVEN to be CORRECT.  Because our lives, are the direct result of these choices made in preparation for, & and the maintenance of life.  Consequently it is clear and certain that as much diversity as is possible for us to sustain: is our wisest choice.  That means SMALL farms/ and essentially everything different, than what men have led us to today.  The common male demand for a complete end to diversity; NOTHING/ BUT WHAT I SAY.  A True competition, to consume everything under the mantle of “a tiny few rich” own it all;   the rest can go to hell!   Is not acceptable.  Therein the need to redistribute the wealth these few people stole from us is inherently wise and necessary.  Money is just a number/ representing the promises of work we are suppose to do for them.  Therefore money, whether anyone likes it or not/ is a number that we control ourselves; by simply saying no as a society.  Or more simply: money is what we the workers say it is/ not what the rich man tells us it is.  IF WE CONTROL the resources.  The rich exist, ONLY because they can say:   do it or die!  Take that away, and we become the owners of our lives.  Access to the resources we need to survive/ through a guaranteed job (you decide the limits).  Creates a new world.  Accepting the fact, NOBODY gets to play with our lives; means the end of the “extra rich man is here”.  Or more simply, this is not a world of everybody gets the same/ but we can make it a world of, nobody gets to control too much.  All we need to do is vote, and accept the price means:   we live within our means/ as our environment and nature allow/ with respect for the future, and those children who shall come.   Its not a complicated truth.
