Democracy means:   we rule ourselves by the laws we create/ thereby none are rulers, and all are equal, including our employees.  Democracy exists because WE THE PEOPLE, created a bond that becomes the guarantees of what it means to say, “I would die for that/ if absolutely necessary”; because it is our freedom, our liberty, and our lives.  Not a choice, a reality governed by the possibility of losing that value added to our lives.  The discipline demanded is:   that our contract with each other SHALL BE MAINTAINED.  No excuses, our constitution shall rule; NOT you, or me/ but the law, the guarantees, the freedom, the equality, and the honesty called RESPECT.  Our nation/ our state/ our society/ our government/ and our court:    THESE ARE NOT YOURS, these are ours!  We own, because we paid.
Traitors steal/ anarchists lie/ extreme selfishness betrays/ fools gamble/ failures chosen treason to cover their own disgrace:   and satan’s prove they hate us, because they choose threats that can or will,  make us extinct. Look at this partial list.   This is the filth in america today, where respect does not exist/ and selfishness is as rampant as any pandemic disease.
So the question is:    Do you want to die, in a civil war/ created because the liars/ cheats/ thieves/ and traitors forced you to surrender your lives, and your nation/ state?   Or do you want your democracy back?  It’s a choice, that CANNOT be accomplished with a gun, bomb, or any other killing device!

Rather democracy lives or dies, by the rule of our own laws/ enforced by our own people; upon the employees who guaranteed to us:   that if they failed to obey, protect, and defend our constitution (our contract with ourselves, instructing our employees:   to guarantee distinct rights and rules of behavior for every citizen; and defining for these employees,  their treatment of us:   shall know RESPECT) it means, they go to prison.

 They broke the law, they organized a criminal rebellion against our democracy, and they traded WE THE PEOPLE “our democracy” for their own demand to control our lives.  Claiming to be rulers, and not employees.
The question is then NOT “what is the law, or our right as we the people to govern ourselves”.  Dead, or mutilated, or decorated, or disciplined soldiers tell that tale.   Our question is HOW DO WE ENFORCE OUR LAWS, OUR AUTHORITY AS WE THE PEOPLE, our government contract; which is the constitution of this state or nation:   upon those who have declared themselves to be RULERS over our lives?
The answer is:   that evidence of wrong doing must be gathered/ realities of life and society must be identified/ proof, that these leaders do not respect our lives, our contract or constitution with them/ or their oath to us stating they will do that very thing.
The answer is: that REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES, a guaranteed legal right MUST be accepted as OUR LEGAL DEMAND for accountability from our employees/ our right to assess and change this government, or their duties, our laws as we see fit.  Redress assembles and commands the employees of OUR GOVERNMENT called “WE THE PEOPLE”, and establishes control by the fact of our ownership of state, nation, freedoms, liberties, society, the future;   AND EVERY OTHER LAW WE WISH TO WRITE.  Thereby governing ourselves, by vote upon the law itself, and enforcement of our authority by redress as the constitution guarantees.

No other method is democracy, because no other method enforces the rights of we the people, but our laws.  Not their laws/ but our laws, as we chose and assemble them to be!  An example is:   “The biblical ten commandments”/ not because they are religious, but because YOU DO understand them, and they have proven the test called time.  Or more simply: KEEP IT SHORT AND SIMPLE AND AS PLAIN AS POSSIBLE.
With law we rule ourselves!  With a gun, you simply replace one damn bastard with another one, and history proves it ain’t likely to be better for long; that is why there is war/ if survival itself is not involved. While it is necessary at the most severe times to “use a gun wisely”/ only the law, and its consequent democracy can keep peace and freedom alive.  A gun is not the law/ a gun is a threat;   no threat brings or sustains peace, it merely proves a bigger army is necessary.  Only the law allows you to demand “unfair”, and expect results.  Only liberty through law,  can decide by vote, who we are as a society.  Only democracy gives you the right to be owners.  Only the true and consistent enforcement of our guaranteed rights, make them true.
As is proven consistently in this USA, democracy itself however is not enough to sustain or protect freedom and liberty:   men choose the game called “money shall be our god/ and will determine our lives and our society”.  As is proven beyond doubt: that leads to repetitive war/ it leads to threats of all kinds as men fear each other, and want power to suppress that fear; control to prove “they are gods” over us.  By removing the power to control us, we sustain our right to freedom and the liberty we desire.  By removing the game of money owns, we reserve the right and dedicate society to LIFE SHALL BE FIRST; for the planet.  The old will scream NO/ because they want what they stole.  It is the young, who must demand it!

Our choice is:   “LIMITED CAPITALISM” whereby WE THE PEOPLE CHOOSE;    How much influence any one person/ organization/ business/ resource/ etc;   shall have upon our lives.  Because by vote WE CAN choose to limit “how rich, or how much property; OR how little” anyone in this nation is entitled to be.  NOT picking individuals; as a nation these are the boundaries liberty sets.  NOT by determining rulers, who then choose for us:   BUT BY the simple terms:   you can make your income as fast as you like/ BUT after that limit is realized;  YOU SHALL NOT compete with us, until that tax year has pasted (broke or not is irrelevant; go begging).  If society chooses you; “it is possible a small percentage more can be added IF you educate your competition properly”; and they are willing.

These things are not simply defined by the constitution: rather it says, because of the limits and boundaries applied by reality in the day this document was formed.  That the interpretation of our contract with each other, as is the bill of rights/ the declaration of independence/ and the US constitution;  should be most eloquently understood, by the preamble to this document which recognizes the United States of America shall be “title, to this land”.  That preamble reads:
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.

That is our agreement with each other as a nation; the bill of rights formally introducing the limits established upon our employees and ourselves; while the declaration of independence a finding of what goes wrong, WHEN WE DON’T enforce our own laws, and own the authority called we the people.    Its a choice.

While it is true, that for realistic purposes of governing ourselves, the judiciary is allowed the right to interpret for us; that which we have demanded for ourselves, and upon our employees.  That right DOES NOT apply, to any interpretation that is outside the boundaries and limits upon which this nation is formed.  There are NO IMMUNITIES, for bad or deliberately treasonous behaviors:   THAT IS A LIE.  There is only immunity for those who have stayed within the limits and boundaries we have set.  Even if they are wrong/ the balance intended, by appeals is our guarantee; of corrections. 
But as is clearly defined by the evidence of courtroom trial in this state and nation:   WE HAVE been invaded by “rebels and traitors” who do seek to destroy our democracy/ and thereby declare themselves to be “our rulers” / instead of our law as is governed by the constitution and its preamble.  That is treason.  It is the congress that must decide treason.
IT IS WE THE PEOPLE, who must decide by redress; if our employees are no longer serving this democracy, or ourselves.  That is our right called OWNERSHIP.  That is our AUTHORITY over those we employ.  No court can take it away.

 No court can interpret outside the limits and boundaries of our foundation called the government of this USA;   which is the contract we formed to become a people.  The constitution/ the bill or rights/ and the declaration of independence;   bought and paid for, with blood/ sacrifice/ and the demand for freedom through our liberty to decide for ourselves:    OUR DEMOCRACY, and its law!
This demand is then:   are you a patriot beyond “waving a damn flag and believing anything you are told”?  Are you a coward and a sheep, waiting for the predator to eat you/ by hiding in the middle of the flock saying “eat them first”.   OR ARE YOU A FREE MAN OR WOMAN, DEDICATED TO LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF FAIR/ EQUAL/ JUSTICE/ AND TRUTH.   Through this government we own, as WE THE PEOPLE?
It’s a choice!             MAKE YOUR DECISION.

Just so there can be no delusion: it is fair to remind every single citizen, that democracy means to the people, THAT WE, not you as an individual;  have the ultimate power to decide what our society shall be.  But that does NOT include the assumptions of any religious or organized group, who intends to take over; as is the current case with organized university diplomas’.  EVERY GROUP, must be limited in its power to contort, restrain, demand, or control.   Which then becomes as is the separation of church and state.  A reality governing the truth, that my freedom IS NOT, to be decided by your organization or belief.  My liberty to decide for myself, IS NOT to be governed by your conception or purpose beyond what is needed to establish peace and harmony in society. 

RATHER, EQUALITY SHALL BE EXPECTED/ RESPECTED/ AND DEMANDED as a foundation of governing ourselves.  JUSTICE SHALL BE EXPECTED AND RESPECTED/ AND DEMANDED as a foundation of governing ourselves.    Neither is dependent upon any religious ideal or consideration/ nor is it identified by a diploma, or the robe of a judge.  WE THE PEOPLE understands, that freedom creates happiness and brings with it peace through friendship the identity called respect.  Therefore it is RESPECT that becomes harmony in society, and value in the friendship professed to be true.  But it is liberty, the right to decide as a society:   the foundation we shall build our lives upon.   That determines the truth of who we are as a people.   Liberty means the right to vote, the right to say of all who demand freedom to live as they please:   that this is not acceptable here/ that we are a society governed by laws that we create for ourselves.  Laws which determine the limits freedom shall be allowed to exist/ and boundaries by which society itself can conform to the disciplines necessary to coexist as one people.  Not by removing freedom to chose/ but by enforcing individual guaranteed rights, that are the same for all.  Your religion shall not decide/ WE THE PEOPLE shall decide.  Which means that any change in the fundamentals of those individual rights MUST be guaranteed fair;   by the truth of a percentage vote, that proves the majority and more (at least 80% to change a guaranteed right/ at least 70% to create one) all believe “this is necessary, to sustain democracy here”.

Democracy is not a religion/ it is not a form of economic expectation/ it is not your right to refuse to work, or compete to a degree the rest have nothing for themselves.  Democracy is, THE LAW WE CREATE, TO RULE OURSELVES, BY VOTE.   It is not any longer, a vote for others to vote for us/ thereby creating laws corrupted by money, power, or pride.  RATHER IT IS THE LAW, WE CREATE AND CHOOSE FOR OURSELVES, to defend, protect, and honor the bond of our contract with life as a society:   to do no harm to each other, to provide and care by establishing respect, as is your duty; to this society;    a demand of citizenship.  The law is judge/ not the citizen or a courtroom employee; the law decides.  The constitution overrules the law, it must comply.
Apart from religion, the only other true threat challenging democracy is: the battleground, between young and old.  As is typified by the incessant and insane actions in america today; demanding “let the children pay, for all our wants/ assassinate the children today, because we have decided their future is NOT worth our investment or more simply “we are going to die/ TO HELL WITH THE YOUNG”.  Literally.  To combat that reality in this time, it is absolutely necessary to include the young in voting as well as the old.  Those below the determined age of citizen right to vote; shall be either given their vote, by the dedicated combination of voting one in youth groupings (you work out the details).  Or as their parents right to vote in their stead.  One parent/ one child= two votes.  They have a right to their future/ the young have been trampled by the old; who have taken everything they could; and then decided to take everything else:   surrendering the young to cannibalism, and even worse.   This cannot stand.  They must have protection from the voracious older generation; as has been distinctly and deliberately led, by university failure and deceit.  Are these NOT in charge?

The reality is:   that all the lies, all the deceit and intentional cheating/ ALL THE STEALING, and deliberate theft across much of this world, is now coming into the light so as the people themselves can see “their own truth”.  The reason why “your leaders” had such disdain and disrespect for us all is simple:   THEY DECIDED, that life on earth would end miserably and soon.  Therefore they need not be concerned but could and did take everything they could get; abandoning life on earth; “because their fantasy world” did not include you, the children in it. or at least not more than “toys”.  That should cause you alarm;   NOT because they are so damn selfish, as are every generation.  But because these “educated people” do not believe there is a future; for you:   therefore extreme selfishness is warranted and ok in their mind/ against you; let them die/ take it all.  Without change, “they are, absolutely correct, death comes quickly now”/ because that is the choice your leaders have made.   Consequently they have created MANY MORE THREATS, to insure life shall be extinct.  NOT exactly in the interest of life or child is it!

Our reality is then very simple, even as a world;   because the planet does not die without taking us all.  Our lives are NOT reduced to “can’t breathe” just for a few/ from all the fires, and all the plant destruction that occur.  Without change there is no hope for the future/ absolutely none.  Within ten years we will add another billion people; and cannot feed adequately all that are here today.  Will that not be war and chaos all by itself;   IS NOT the common man and woman responsible at least in part for that reality:   INCLUDING you?  Once past the point of no return, there is no going back; because nature upon which our lives absolutely depend, CANNOT defeat us anymore.  Once past the moment wherein humanity can defeat nature and does, it is over.  That moment has arrived;   what we choose to do as a humanity over this entire earth decides the fate of life on earth, in this time, and in this day; even right now.  It’s a choice, continue demanding “I, WANT/ WANT/ WANT”.  OR accept the limits and boundaries that will be necessary for us to survive?  MAKE YOUR DECISION, this is not a game.  There will be NO second chances/ NO mercy/ etc; once past the point wherein nature can take care of us all/ we are doomed, to war/ cannibalism/ etc.  No longer a choice.  Just like the experiments that gamble with our entire planet and all its life and all its future; are the same.  Once past the point of no return, and we are doomed, by the consequences we cannot control.
The question considered by sanity to be “most grave” is: WHAT CAN WE DO?  The answer established by law is:   demand redress of grievances, then search for the truth by investigating the evidence; and choose for ourselves what the future shall be.  As best we can, right now.  It’s a choice.  Educate the world, and prove the truth, without catastrophe determining our fate.
The reality however, is all the consequences to environment/ resources/ oxygen/ water/ food/ ocean/ and everything else:
 ARE GOING TO BE DEALT WITH IN TERMS THAT PROVIDE A FUTURE TO THE CHILDREN.   NOT YOUR WANT!  No money decides/ LIFE FIRST!  Anything less is the intentional assassination of life and child from this earth.  The reality of cannibalism coming/ nature dying, mutilated, and diseased/ a dead earth!  Not a game, NO more excuses:   they have needs just like you.

 THAT does mean literal and true change, a return to what must be done, to keep this world alive.  No more guessing, no more games, no more excuses, no more power players, no more take anything you want, or gamble with anything you wish.   Truth demands, if there is a question, that this may have to be done/ then it shall be done.  Truth demands if you will not use your air conditioner unless extreme insulation exists and it is a supportable excuse;   we go back to the reality thousands of years proven by time, will work.  Its your choice/ but its every future life, and every child that will or will not survive, because of what you chose.   7 billion people and growing;  have few options/ and less with each day that goes by.  That is our reality, if you fail to accept its price;   the earth itself will die/ because our existence is already at catastrophe stage: we live on roughly one acre of “green earth” already/ which means we feed a billion people out of the sea.  And the oceans ARE at the early stages of complete collapse.  No more food, for over a billion people.  Think about it!  And work for life.
This ain’t the end of your world/ it’s the certainty;   WE HAVE BECOME SO MANY PEOPLE, there is no other way to sustain life on earth.  WE MUST act for life on this planet first/ or we and every future life shall die, “it’s a done deal”.  Without true change, there is no other ending/ the planet dies.  Simple as that.  Back in the fifties and sixties, there was friendship, the heat forced people out, to encounter each other; NOT a bad thing.  Today, you are isolated, and many if not most are without true friends/ and even further isolating yourselves with electronics, and all the rest.  Are not friends better?  Stop fighting for every damn penny/ every damn trophy; and find life itself back.  How is that so bad?

The liars will say, “he’s just another religious nut/ yelling the earth is coming to an end”. 

That is blatantly untrue:   I say to you, GO PROVE BY INVESTIGATION AND EXAMINATION OF THE EVIDENCE AGAINST YOU:   that any other scenario can exist.  The threats created by men (are you not the majority in charge) and their universities, the people who refuse to respect the limits & boundaries of this planet; decide what the future will be.
And remember, if you are wrong about anything, regarding threats than can exterminate life on earth/ then all is lost, forever!  Every life, every child, everything; all because you didn’t care enough to investigate and accept:   this world has changed.  We, as a humanity:   now hold enough power, to destroy nature and planet itself; and you are.  Which means we are no longer protected from those who want us dead.  They have the weapons required to exterminate us, IF WE DON’T CHANGE THAT TRUTH!  And do it now.  Simple and plain.
An endless number of people will say:   this world has always been this way/ NOTHING has changed.  Therefore it cannot die, and no threat will prove to be a life-ending disaster.

But truth says the world has changed: never before has there been 7 billion people/ never before has the intensity of human need, want, and desire;  attacked this earth in so many ways.  Never before has humanity built the machines that gamble with an entire planet.  Never before has the race to mutilate an entire biological planet of life, been allowed to exist.  Never before have all the resources we consume, been required of this earth.  Never before has the oxygen consumption caused by humanity and its fires, been greater than the production of a planet (we now live on the oxygen stored over thousands of years; but not forever, or even much longer, because you tear down every tree, everything, poisoning/ killing the pollinators/ sterilizing the seeds/ destroying everything you touch; and playing god.  To prove you, as a humanity on earth;  have become satan; the destroyer of a world).  Shame on you.   either accept your new reality, or it kills you, because that is what your men/ your leaders/ your university chose.  They chose “money first”/ and then they chose to lie/ cheat/ and steal to create the foundation that will soon be world war 3.  With weapons of mass destruction/ because that is what they planned, for when the resources died.  “A quick, and EASY out”.  Today all the seeds of civil war have been planted in America; no doubt others; lying/ cheating/ stealing with the expressed intent to make the majority slaves. Lying intentionally about debts in America; its not 14 trillion dollars/ that does not include pensions, or 60 trillion in social security/ or personal debts/ business/ state/ or any other; BANKRUPT and without the possibility of consequences, that you don’t want.  Welcome to HADES, where the destroyers of     “GOD’S OWN CREATION” WILL find their reward.   Just “a step or two away”.      Believe it, or not!
