Just to be clear: legal civil war, is conducted in this way.
By trial, the evidence of our reality, our truth, and our future is identified. As best we can/ by assembling all information available, and presenting it in trial for all the public to see. The purpose of trial is to remind all NOT to lie, or theorize, or assume; but to present only the facts in and by methods and means which insure all the people as best we can will understand, or be able to explain it to each other as fact. That does mean: all sides must be present/ with as clear as possible testimony excluding such all foreign languages as is: for example, more than simple math. They are not needed, and as proven here: it is not only unnecessary, it is an excuse to hide the details from the public. Details being what you don’t know.
Having attained all necessary information: scouring the world, if necessary to insure that is so/ and constructing the basis of evidence that clarifies what is true; which can then be postulated into, “the probability of a future event”. The reality we face today. And the available means to alter or change what can be changed.
The time has come to construct the laws that will rebuild what we the people believe must be done/ and will then consequently agree: WE MUST pay this price. Money or no money, this must be done. Or in the alternative; we agree to accept what happens when failure explained occurs.
Laws govern the concepts and construction of all life relationships, on earth. Therefore they must be extremely “useful”/ without being subject to misinterpretation. Laws govern: how we will react and act in society, and this world: by presenting with clear accuracy and deliberate decisions, the truth of what we agree to/ and the consequences of breaking that agreement in defiance of all the rest.
When you have the evidence demanding “this is true/ and these are the consequences”. When you have the words, that construct the decisions of your hearts combined as one. THEN it is time to present to all the people the various scenarios of law, and choices for a future, and decisions for their purpose as a society.
In these three distinct columns of choice and reality: there shall be not less than 3 individual choices: distributed to all the people for their own conversations. They will add in an alternate choice or more; IF they assemble a petition with the accepted number of citizens you agree must be present as a society: to cause another choice to be made. Then there shall be a public vote: one vote in each column for the law or decision or the acceptance of evidence as life requires it to be. Majority rules, but if not over at least seventy percent for a single decision that will then become our laws, our reality, and our future. You must gather the two choices with the most votes, alter them if the public demands it (a separate box to check at the time of voting); and try again, until you reach a seventy percent margin. When you have succeeded, that decision as we the people shall rule. It shall be, that no change will occur in these decision UNLESS, we the people voting, create a bigger percentage than that which made this change happen. Get it right the first time. Men and women absolutely EQUAL, or you will end in war.
The various facets of governing, the critical decisions of society itself: in how we are going to resolve this crisis. The fundamental foundations that make society work, and keep LIFE ALIVE; are all functionally suited to this particular style of “democracy”. Or, let the people decide for themselves; by the laws they make. One vote/ one citizen: we decide, within constitutional rules. If it is not justice, and fair play for all/ it will become war instead.
WE ARE ALL EQUAL, let none doubt it; because we are 7,156,000,000 people on this world; with 14+ billion hands/ every single one of them reaching out for what they need each and every day, every week, every year; until we die. On what is now a planet that barely survives itself; because of what men have chosen to do.
Stop the insanity. Stop the beyond insanity gambling with all life on earth. Stop the aggression and destruction and death: AND CHOOSE. Accepting what, is absolutely necessary for peace. Remembering: this world dies only once/ and at this moment, threats exist from around this world, very many of which can make us extinct. No more little things. No more complaining “you want more”. Life or death for the planet itself, all of nature, and every single child and life on earth.
Its your decision.
No second chances! No going back; do your best the very first time.
I ADD; so its clear
1. Seventy percent acceptance is still just under 3 out of 4 agree/ leaving a large number of people less than satisfied. Which means simply until you get over 90% acceptance by public vote. This decision must return to be reconsidered not less than once in every ten years.
2. Even when you have made your decision, established a true direction for your future, and clarified the knowledge and the work, that will make each citizen functionally “an expert” in the value, law, reality, and respect required to be a nation. There is still the money; and money can be transformed into power. Every form of power MUST BE as limited as possible: which means subdivided again and again until none can say, “you will, to very many”. That functionally means no large businesses, limited capitalism, and nearly all methods of applying the work and decision of governing shall be done by “bidding the work/ WITH STRICT control over the contract”. Because if you don’t control the contract and the judiciary: THEY WILL add in little rules that push you out for their own benefit.
3. The judiciary “is where the rubber meets the road” so to speak. Which means it is absolutely necessary to establish oaths and penalties, and the removal of a judge whensoever it is found they did not do their job according to their oath. Because they cannot be watched at all times/ THERE MUST BE, alternative methods of keeping an eye on who does what democracy needs them to do; as opposed to the constant demand of power, pride, and money; which is YOU WILL do whatever we say. Regardless of the law; here’s a bribe/ or if you don’t like that, there are many threats, to get your attention. The court is a constant fight for justice, and that includes watching over the judge. To aid in that reality: THERE MUST BE, questionnaires to be filled out after every court case; by all parties. Asking specific questions, and granting specific space for the reasons behind these testimonies you give about the people involved. What is the evidence that decided. What is the law you believe worked for you, or denied something valued. And so on.
