The demand: FOR FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT; DUE PROCESS OF LAW AS HAS BEEN DENIED TO ME, again and again; the most egregious example being 2 US supreme court cases, “exhibits e & f”. A clerk of the court CANNOT deny a docketed case: DEMANDING CONSTITUTIONAL LAW MUST BE UPHELD. Only a judge can deny any docketed case; and it does require his or her signature. No court can deny constitutional law; which mean treason is noticed.
MOTION FOR THE IMMEDIATE MORATORIUM
AGAINST ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE
GENETIC ALTERATION AND EXPERIMENTATIONS conceived to “DESIGN LIFE”,
thereby intending to replace, play with, mutilate, or change: NATURE ITSELF
&
AGAINST ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE
Possibilities or purposes that will alter, change, or destroy the foundations of life as we know it: By deliberately or otherwise, affecting the disciplines/ balance/ order/ structure/ mental creations/ or other base levels and beyond; of life as genetic structure, which is the basis and foundation of nature as every living body of life.

Establishing an absolute denial against all things, rights, assumptions, intentions and actions or reactions: that are consistent with humanity “playing god”.
As is consistent with the intent to replace this disciplined, orderly, balanced, structured and proven CREATION; which has literally established life on earth!
The end of religious evolution controlling government, and/ or attempting to bring chaos onto this earth. The removal of all instructional elemental fantasy, assigned by religious evolution; demanding the building life itself, “one piece at a time”/ without so much as a mind to help; as is sheer insanity.
Each of these failures being, The deliberate assassination; of a world called life!
The foundation of law constructs the disciplines assigned and associated with civil rights; the positive actions by which all of society receives an equal opportunity to provide and present for themselves, their fundamental decision, embodied by the first amendment/ but controlled by the clear assertion. I do claim the rights and the properties which keep us alive, as is nature itself: in true class action status. NATURE IS SACRED, and inviolate/ unless we the people by our own right of authority and ownership in this democracy declare, upon understanding the consequences of what failure, and fantasy will mean to every future life, and every living life: when nature itself has been defeated.
This determination SHALL be, BY VOTE.
NOTHING, IS A GREATER CRIME; than destroying NATURE itself.
YOU, THE PEOPLE OF EARTH: DO KNOW; that mutilating nature itself, which is genetic structure, boundaries, disciplines, order, balance, energies, and design; IS UTTERLY INSANE.
The review of evolution; the primary religion that has taken control over government, and allowed genetic manipulation of nature; to be assumed, “casual and without cost”. Has taken control over media; by the propagation and assumptions of their theory. Nothing has been proven but adaption/ and adaption is merely the evidence of “perfect design”.
Evolution says: Chaos builds everything, over billions of years. The fact is chaos builds nothing/ it destroys everything complex.
Evolution says: the brain was last. But the fact is: The lack of even a brain builds nothing/ because without assembly, there can be no conception.
Evolution says: “Tiny microbes” simply changed and changed and became everything that is alive. The fact is: if that is so, then these tiny microbes were far superior to “university knowledge today”/ as you cannot even come close to doing the same.
Evolution says: every living thing was build one piece at a time. The fact is: The lack of tools, such as hands, eyes, etc; builds nothing. The inability to use, collect, transport, communicate, remove waste, establish utilities, give birth, find food, inherent knowledge which then knows what to do to survive, the ability to breathe, or eat, etc; is not simple. The ability to swallow, is not simple. The ability to create blood, or build blood vessels, or have a heart and make it pump with valves and arteries; etc; is not simple. The reality of bones and joints and lubrication, and tying them together so they don’t fall apart; is not simple. The consequence of muscles, and the absolute necessity and reality: which demands, they MUST grow in exactly the right order at exactly the right time; or the body fails to work properly; is not simple. The senses giving to life its essence of participation in this world; is not simple. Immunization to keep you alive, the skin which completes itself and heals, the mind and neuro-senses which give you the ability to grasp knowledge or understanding are absolutely necessary; as is pregnancy, the ability to stop another baby from beginning in the same womb as one already there/ the construction of mammary glands, and about one trillion other miscellaneous details of life; all working together at the same time. THAT then create a living body of life/ separate and identified by boundaries, to limit and control the negative and horrendous combining of different species. Is a fact, called life. Evolution does not exist, except in disease: the introduction of chaos, to disassemble and destroy: a body of living harmony. Because every organism and every cell MUST “GET ALONG”/ or they war, and fail. Not a game. The proof of adaption, within specific species boundaries; is an element of perfect design, “I knew this would be needed”. There is NO adaption across species boundaries/ ANY INTERFERENCE HERE becomes a proven cause of pandemic disease. A necessity: TO REMOVE the intruder, and keep the genetic traits that are attempting to assassinate the entire species involved, from killing the rest. The foundation of genetic perfection, that is proven time and time again throughout all of known history, and more: is life to this world. To destroy that, removing what is alive and intact, as a whole biological entity of life itself. By choosing to inject human arrogance, and absolute insanity: IS THE DESTRUCTION OF OUR ENTIRE EXISTENCE, as a world of life. Because we are truly interdependent, “chained together” in one complex line of survival. Rather than the intellectual disease, of fantasy and failure: there must be proof, NATURE WILL SURVIVE! Rather than simply one individual, or a tiny few who decide: “Go ahead and curse this world forever,” There must be A VOTE AMONG THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES. Once educated as to the consequences that will occur/ and the realities of disease that can invade every life; Just because the damned want us all DEAD. WHAT, is more important than the whole. OUR ENTIRE NATURE! OUR BODIES OF LIFE, without horrific mutilation/ that we can NEVER turn back!
And YOU KNOW IT. There is no excuse/ other than worshiping “your university gods”. Who have become the evidence of Satan on earth. It means destroyer of a world!
This moratorium
calls upon the court; and all leadership and sanity possible: TO DEMAND, PROVE WHAT HAPPENS, when you are wrong. Then let the people decide for themselves.
MAKE THESE STOP, UNTIL, we the people, understand the consequences: AND have our say! BY VOTE. Let the world, so choose as well. This is about every living thing/ as there is no going back, once the collapse of nature itself occurs.
The law says: YOU CANNOT “play russian roulette”, with every life on earth. There is NO, GOING BACK!
It conceives of MURDER! Against this entire state and nation!
Every life on this planet. That is a legal fact.
It is terrorism, plain and simple.
