Alternately; As has been proven throughout the construction of these trials:   the listing of evidence that functionally and literally defines the judiciary and legal rights of a citizen of this USA.  Without the pride, rhetoric, assumption, or “the extra special patriot/ who believes anything, they are told”.  This is the reality of judicial and political conduct in america, and the consequence of its failure/ tyranny/ and treason.  Its what they chose.  Their secrets are out.  No more extra special, we are great/ reality has come.
A small sampling of the cases:   We find that (across the nation) it is probable none are more corrupt or inept at their job than the federal appeals court for the 7th circuit/ proven over time, as in 10-2146, “thrown out over their demand; didn’t pay the price/ even though they know, can’t get a docket number until you do”.  The most recent: Read 11-1639. In addition;   Few are more governed by the power of money, pride, and lack of respect for democracy than the US district court, most definitive: Read 10-2277  The circuit court for the state of IL, champaign county in literal defiance of the law, constitution, and we the people; 10 mr 853/ now federal  11-2111.  The supreme court when demanding,  the specific legal question presented:   WILL YOU OBEY FIRST AMENDMENT REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES a docketed case 08-1339 (a judge must answer)/ denies by its clerk of the court.  The current supreme court case, awaiting its docket number is certain to be bringing threats to the clerk who must do that; from any and all defendants, and supreme court judges;  who absolutely DON’T want an accounting to be had, by we the people; read if you wish.
All politicians along the way/ ethics board/ etc: “don’t bother me, or prove to be enemies of we the people; believing themselves to be our rulers instead of the constitution or the law.
Which brings us to this date, July 10, 2011: one day past the last date by rules of the court for the US district court to make a judgment/ answer a motion for judgment in the trials 10-2277 and 11-2023.  NO JUDGMENT MADE.

 New Motions now go forth to demand:  the default judgment the law creates (no more excuses):  which is provide redress of grievances, for the people of this USA;  as explained by the plaintiff.
2111 MOTION for judgment;   2277 MOTION for justice;
AND in 2023 MOTION for justice;  provide the default judgment which is:  redress of grievances to the people who have been overrun by a business that has taken over a town, and changed its future, its character, its value, its threat to all pedestrians, its health, its property value, and so forth:   or more distinctly provide trial to determine the boundaries and limits of we the people in democracy choosing for ourselves the rights of individual freedom, versus the rights of liberty as a people, to determine our future, our environment, and our lives.  A motion for judgment does also extend to trial 11-2111.  The demand for judgment: simply will you, or will you not enforce IL constitutional law, on our employees.  Will you or not:  enforce their oath of office upon the employees who guaranteed to us:   THEY SHALL obey, honor, protect, and serve the constitution: WE THE PEOPLE as a democracy,  of this state of ILLINOIS;   or be imprisoned?   It’s a choice
 2277 is a trial demanding that with a listing of threats established that can make us all extinct as a world, THERE MUST be an intervention by our government employees; an investigation as to the reality of these threats, clearly and distinctly realized without prejudice.  The primary defendant:   the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION.

As is true of case10 MR 766 in champaign circuit court; demanding a listing of threats MUST be investigated and the people protected from realities which can exterminate us all: the court refused to answer.  The alternate method of destroying cases has been to claim “incomprehensible/ frivolous/ etc” which does identify the courtrooms of this USA and this state of IL as not only corrupt/ but in collusion/ and joined as a conspiracy against all forms of democracy, and every oath they took.  Simple and plain: “liars/ cheats/ and thieves”.  Who hide themselves as in case 2111 by denying access to any and all, removing and sealing the case from view; read mine instead.  Read here instead Or as in the US appeals 7th circuit: a continual “lets destroy the case file”/ or as in a previous case:   they made us an entire fantasy about religion and a courthouse lawn display, that was a complete and utter fabrication: which they then used to destroy the case.  Etc/ etc/ etc.  That, is the courtroom of america; the place where justice does not reside, because of anarchy (destroy the authority of we the people) and terrorism (destroy the law, and every oath) in the court itself.  A tiny handful of people, who hold you at bay with thugs and fools.  It is not a police officer that upholds criminal conduct.  It is not a politician that refuses, or more simply controls the court by inducting those who will be bribed by power, pride, or other.  That is open rebellion against the democracy of this USA, and this state of IL.  The act of traitors, and the reality of a media consumed by those who fully intend to rule us all, and make us slaves; by destroying the very nation we built.  IS THAT NOT HAPPENING?  It is indeed.

The injustice is endless; because it is a mock court that exists;    instead of a court established by law for the sake of justice.  Its purpose is to establish power, control, and money rules.  Little is more blatantly clear about this, than the court case: osterbur vs selimi;   the accused refused to pay me in the construction of a restaurant;   playing “mafia man, I can threaten you instead”.  Then:  I am allowed no more than thirty days to file a simple complaint for the money.  Where is my legal notice, where is my day in court, where is justice?  Hiding behind the intent: “let anyone who can steal”.  As with any theft of consequence, it takes time to reorganize life and business:  so as to continue on, despite a fool.  How pathetic; playing games/ proving nothing matters but pay the lawyer and worship the king “who sits behind the bench”.   Or like the recent case which ends as 111868 at the IL supreme court: the right to demand equal standing in a contract dispute with the medical industry, or change what is blatantly unfair: is utterly refused.  
The reality of this day being:   that I cannot make any court obey the law.  ONLY WE THE PEOPLE can do that!  It is the right of democracy, the authority of our ownership shall decide who does rule here. 
It is as simple as any other protest, JUST STAND UP AND DEMAND THE LAW.  But,  unlike any other protest:   demanding the law shall be enforced by the leadership onto themselves, has consequences to the leadership/ rather than just the people making a demand for themselves.  THEY DEMAND the law for a state or nation/ and it is the law that must be rejected or denied/ not simply the people.   Because the law in a democracy DOES entitle everyone to demand: our law, SHALL BE OBEYED.   Thereby,  Demanding redress of grievances has consequences to all the major employees of government: because it is an accounting, of WHAT HAVE YOU DONE, to us.  It’s a choice/ fail, and you will be consumed by the tragedy of fools, who led you here to threats all around; which literally can and will make us extinct soon.  Believe it or not, and there are more.

What can be said of the people of this state and nation?  Their reality is:   “I don’t give a damn/ I don’t want to know/ go away and stop talking/ let someone else/ and far more than anything else:   JUST GIVE ME THE DAMN MONEY, you fucked up shithead/ because I don’t care about anything else. Just give me the damn money; I WANT OUT/ I WANT RESPECT/ I WANT EVERY DAMN THING I CAN TOUCH:   GIVE ME THE FUCKING MONEY!  And shut up.     Is your chant, your slogan, and your patriotic song.
For the rest, less dependent upon greed;  EVEN the slightest risk:   and all run away in the opposite direction to hide.  While At a safe distance, the religious turn back to say “stay away he could be dangerous; stick out your cross (the murder weapon of JESUS), that will keep him away”.  At a safe distance the university and media all say, “soon he will die/ and then we can do anything we want; changing whatever we like”.  Etc/ etc.
Some will argue:   he should have been nice, its all his own fault/ I was, not anymore.  Some will argue: he should have been on television, etc/ but I tell you plainly and with all certainty, “it does not matter if all the evidence in this world states clearly YOU ARE GOING TO DIE TOMORROW”.  THAT, is not what the media will accept, you can die/ they have their pride/ and they care about nothing else.  Hell, the media are gods (don’t they tell you what to think?), with an image to protect: let the people be damned to hell.  They are worthless, if they don’t:   “listen to me”.

For my part, I am down to 6-10 people all apprized of a specific situation which requires public participation:   if everyone of them, even though they profess to care, absolutely refuses and runs away; including the web sites which inform, but provide “no clear response”.  There is no further need to try; go ahead and die.  You made a choice/ collect your reward.

Which leaves you, in charge of this conversation, to educate and defend life on earth.  Fail to extend or protect it/ and just like the economy which I demanded would fail, for the last thirty years; you will die, even though you cannot see it yet:  BECAUSE YOU WANT GREED, more than life.   Did you think “we could accumulate 2 million dollars of debt per worker, before it would unravel and die?”  I did not, until it became clear this is not a “cycle thing” but evidence of an end to this world, by making world war inevitable due to hate.  The whole world led to the same fate, by a tiny few.  A reality of circumstances today that will not die or go away/ you have to choose to survive: because your entitlements/ pensions/ etc will consume you.  The only method is bankruptcy, and a return to truth, rather than lies.

 The difference between an economy of fools, and life ending on earth is:   money is just a human fantasy/ DEATH is not.  Money is the game, beyond what is required to survive.  Death is determined strictly by what is required to survive/ it is not a game.  Feel free to continue your insanity/ but know for certain;  a media who won’t defend you from anything; won’t educate you on a single threat that you might react too; won’t stop and think about the consequence of inaction.  But does  prove everyday, their entire allegiance is to “the money/ power/ pride/ and the image of playing god, with your lives”.  (Because they tell the people what to believe/ what to think/ what to do/ or what to say; and the people listen to us.  Consequently if we were found “false and misleading/ unable or unwilling to do our actual job of informing/ protecting/ or defending this nation”.  HELL IT WOULD ALL DISAPPEAR, making us nothing more “than them”.  Damn you for talking, for giving them the possibility of a mind of their own;   ain’t that so!
In summation, America is just like every other nation;   collapsing under the weight of its WANT, GREED, THIRST FOR POWER, ARROGANCE, AND THE COMPLETE FAILURE OF SANITY.  Never mind the future/ throw democracy as WE THE PEOPLE in the garbage dump with everything else:   BECAUSE WE SURE AS HELL, DON’T WANT TO BE EQUAL;   we’re great.  and so they do, again and again and again.   Not true you say, we are great.  Lets review: people here playing god everyday, mutilating all of nature/ gambling with the entire planet/ wrecking the atmosphere/ burning up the oxygen we cannot live without/ dumping pollution on top of (garbage dumps on aquifers)/ underneath (pumped in toxins, that with one earthquake are let loose into the aquifer, trillions of gallons out/ taken for fuels, radiation, poisons of all kinds dumped directly into, or seeping into, endless usage without the slightest concern, a tremendous mine just below one of the great lakes that can rupture and end the drinking water and future for millions:    hell its just water.  We don’t have to worry, hell that mine is a thousand feet deep;  but lets review “stand a thousand feet away (less than one quarter of a mile), and ask yourself, if these salt pillars, which hold the whole thing up, could melt and weaken?

 Democracy fully explains and contends: that we MUST BE EQUAL, as citizens and as life to be “we the people”; standing and working for liberty, freedom, peace, discipline, respect, and courage for us all.  And that sure as this world is round;   ain’t america today.  Instead its extortion, LIAR/ thief/ fool/ failure/ diseased ego-manic/ the utterly insane/ and every other version of man playing god or satan;  you can think of.  Shame on you.  Go ahead be furious: IT WON’T keep you alive.  Because the threats are real, the reality is VERY CLOSE to an ending.  And the consequences are so grim that horrific and horrendous are little more than descriptions of   “child’s play, with toys”.  In comparison to the truth coming!   No going back, once past the point of no return:   it is terror multiplied until all life is gone.  How is that not insane, your leaders brought you to this place?  And you let them.  You let them assassinate a world, and every child, every life in it;   and said nothing/ did little to nothing/ and refuse to join the only real chance you have left to resurrect this world from the decisions you have made.

I have now accomplished all I set out to do.  Even though reality proved I had been finished with this work a number of times do to the truth all you had to do was help a little bit.  But no, absolute refusal: so I finished your work and mine, to give you this last chance to make a difference in your future before you die.  Refuse, and every life which knew, and did nothing: SHALL bear the truth of every tear, and every life, they did not care enough to at least give a chance to survive.  You chose for them; they are now the burden of death YOU CARRY into eternity.  “Just dirt, after the grave”?  Is the same as saying evolution is real:   when who among you can live, without all the pieces your body and mind require?  Not a single one, or for the extra special simple mind:    You need all the parts together, to form a life.  Not one at a time, choosing without a mind; IDIOT, piss-head “evolutionary fool”.
DO WHATEVER IT IS, THAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO!  Because the point of no return, is coming.  After that, you become the living dead.  And you can do anything, BUT IT WON’T MATTER, because you chose death, for this world.
Demand your democracy/ enforce your law/ establish we the people as a right of ownership/ remove threats/ recreate government/ BE FAIR WITH EACH OTHER;     Or just continue to be lazy jerk-off gluttons; and blame me for not “being as nice” as I could have been to tempt you into saving yourselves from death.  THAT AIN’T MY JOB.  I came to give you this message of life requires change/ or you’re going to die SOON.  And I have done that.  Job over.
Now, its all you!  Trial exists:   judge for yourselves, DO YOU:  CARE ENOUGH TO SURVIVE?   Or not.   DO YOU:  CARE ENOUGH TO SAVE YOUR CHILDREN FROM ASSASSINATION, CANNIBALISM, HATE, AND CARNAGE UNTIL MUTILATED AND GONE?   Or not.
It’s a choice!

NOT A DAMN CHOICE, ABOUT whether you believe me or not.   I am irrelevant, to your decision.
 THIS is a choice about whether the evidence of threats so distinct and serious they will,  each or anyone,  exterminate us from this world: 

  Can make you choose, and work for life instead!     Only the truth of who you are inside, can make this decision:    WELCOME to the facts.  Of who you are, inside: “liar, or not”?

Remember this: I am NOT here to save you/ NOT here to lead you/ NOT here to pray for you, or intervene for you, or any other description of:    “This ain’t your responsibility in its entirety".   This is your decision/ this is your fate, or destiny.  This is life or death for a world, because the evidence says so, not me. 
And now YOU, stand on the front lines of this battle:   to decide if you are a deserter and coward, or not.  THAT IS NOT a choice, it is your reality.  Just like, it has been mine, up to this day.  My job is done.

I offer you one more tidbit:   if you believe “he/ I cannot be a messenger, of life or death for a world”.  Just plain ain’t good enough to do it/ not what we expected.  I couldn’t agree more, however reality is, what reality does, and that is a fact.  You may look at the descriptions of   “The biblical John the Baptist” and find a man,   “Without any of the refinements expected” too.  His predictions came true.  Not the same, not religious;   its just a description that fits.

If the court finally does its job (HIGHLY UNLIKELY), I will continue on as is necessary and wise.  If not, this work is done, by all measure of legal value.  It then takes a nation, or state, to make the difference.  THAT IS YOU.  IF the court throws me in jail, regardless of the charge, it’s a lie.  I tell you true,   “The consequence to you, SHALL add another layer of GRIM and BLOODY, to the reality which comes; by the decisions you made.”   A REALITY that had, nor has, anything to do with me.  I don’t hate you/ the university/ etc:   BUT I do hate the horrific choices which literally destroy an entire world.
 I am here for life!  Are you alive?

That of course is the male in me talking, moderated by “spiritual female in me”/ OR it would be far less polite.  And I will have to pay for this;   female owns my life spiritually, and does not allow much, of anger or confrontation.  There is always “a lesson to be learned”/ and a demand stop it, or else (run over me like a truck, until I do).  Reality, by its own truth,  however says: thanks be to the spiritual woman who intervened, in me/ providing a reprieve for us all.

What is female in me demands a say too: it is, that women own the right to change this world/ because men have failed to protect and defend life itself. They chose, built, and decided upon death for a world!  That means: they can lead no more.  What women do, or what women do not do, SHALL have more consequence to the survival of this world now/ than men.
GOD CAN DO, whatever HE CHOOSES TO DO.  Including give women the power and opportunity to rule earth.  This is HIS CREATION;   and nobody ruins it, until the day humanity is abandoned as life, “irretrievably gone bad”.  THAT IS YOUR CHOICE/ that is the judgment upon yourselves that you shall make.  THAT IS ABSOLUTELY, AND WITHOUT DOUBT:   completely unnecessary and wrong for you to do: however freedom commands:   it is a choice you shall make.

Life or death for a world, because you cared enough to choose life MUST come first!    Or you failed life entirely, and chose to die.                Each person,  is required to make that decision/ particularly women, as their decision in truth,  shall count “two for one” male.   But remember this: “its one woman casts a vote for good, OR bad”; either way “its two votes” for life or death.  There is no lying; GOD will know.
   The reality is then, EVERY possibility for this world to survive IS given to you/ particularly to women.  But you must choose life comes first/ NOT money.  You must do it now.

As to my “new existence”; what is female in me DOES understand, that many people (men and women alike) have tried and done their own best to make this world a better place: to do what could be done,  to stop the destruction, and stabilize our world.  All fail like me, with only tiny victories; because men rule, and they choose money; or more specifically “power/ pride/ selfishness/ and slaves”.   A fact that exists:   ONLY BECAUSE MONEY MAKES IT POSSIBLE!   So then the question is: HOW do we get rid of the money/ and turn this planet in a new direction?   THE ANSWER IS:   “LIMITED CAPITALISM” SO AS TO CONTROL ALL INDIVIDUAL INFLUENCE, by the boundaries we set as a society.  No more “than this much INDIVIDUAL POWER”/ not for anyone.    The answer is, by democracy: We control government with the law WE CREATE FOR OURSELVES,  WE CREATE “THE POWER OF US, AND THE REALITY OF OURS”and hire employees to insure these laws are carried out properly.  ENFORCING their oath.  We remove the rights of a judge to decide anything about the judiciary:   ALL cases involving a judge, are moved to media court, where only the elected officials shall decide what the judge has or has not done/ in full public view.  Every case not ended by the law itself, is turned over to the press; NO CASE shall ever again be allowed to be sealed or shut off from society;  unless it is distinctly about a child, and would damage that child. And so forth. Thereby giving us, as we the people: THE FINAL SAY, in who gets to be judge over our lives.  We decide/ we are informed/ we pick and choose for ourselves; by the evidence. In other words take away the power of individuals, and give it to ourselves as a nation, called WE THE PEOPLE. 
What is female in me, remembers as all women do: when men want to war/ they will war, destroying everything they can, usually because of money, in one form or another.
What women can do instead is remember “without support”/ they cannot war long.  Or more simply:   don’t feed them/ don’t look at them/ don’t let them come near: and that does mean, “with a gun, if you have to”.  Band together for protection, and learn how to drive men away; until they find peace, and accept justice for all.  Of the various methods useful for deterring men: chemical sprays “that smell like a skunk, or cause vomiting, etc” are likely to be the most productive.  As a reality: for this exact reason, very few predators will attack a skunk.  Is that not true?  Doesn’t matter, if the claws or fangs are large; they leave the skunk alone.    Is rape, or violence against you better?

The critical question for a future on this planet, is not what do men choose, because we know that; history proves it.  The critical question is what will women choose, because this is 3.5 billion people, and if they arise en-masse, they will be heard/ some men will join/ and all children will understand: life or death is now or never, and every child accept, we must work for life; it is not free today.   Men stole it, university leadership caused it, and the majority simply went along; because they wanted and chose selfishness.  Paying for:   All the lies, promises, theft, lack of law, and opportunity to disrespect everything on earth:   “Can’t play god” unless you do/ WITH GREED.  At least a billion people, men now know, the cost of these men, this selfishness,  and their leadership;   HAS BEEN HIGH.  For the entire world.   And they will be ready for change, if women rise/ or they are mentally insane and incompetent to survive; let them war.   If any sanity is left, they will vote for change:  Not for women, but against those who lied, cheated, and stole their lives.  Either way, the result is the same; women will rise, if their search is:   life must come first, with honesty, grace, respect, truth, and honor.
That does not mean the human sewage of this earth will simply fall down, and surrender their want/ their rage/ or their power.  Is it not rare to find a diamond ring in sewage?  It does mean, they will lose their right to retain these things and be thrown out in one form or another.  BY:  The power of numbers, the power of law, the power of justice, the power of respect, the power of limited capitalism (to hold them back), the power of truth, and the power of evidence which establishes threats critically displayed: that are fully and deliberately threatening our own extermination from this planet, BY THEIR CHOICES.

  Are enough to change our direction, and become “new again”, as a humanity on earth.  It’s a choice, that you must make.  IT IS a work and a price you must pay to survive.  Simple and plain.
Hate is the enemy.  Those who are insane; gambling with all life on earth in every conceivable way; MUST BE reduced to NO MORE OF THIS, or you die.  Truth must lead, but reality must decide as best you can; always considering the future.  They deserve their lives too.  A different world, a better world; if you choose life first.

It should be said; simply because it is the common enemy of all religions.  That sex is not an enemy, between men and women with honor.  It is the lack of honor or respect that causes men and women to displace sexual honesty with rules, penalties, and common failure/ causing considerable chaos and trouble.  It is women who must find for themselves, what would be better, between men and women, than the current religious male mess.  It is women, that need to govern the reality of sexual behaviors and punishment; because they pay a greater price/ and it is clearly “their turn to rule over sex”.  Do your best as women for life, BE HONEST;  remember to include this fact in all negotiations.  The religions of men, are NOT allowed to have their say, anymore; over you.  Find/ create your own.

There are of course innumerable other issues, which must all be addressed.  One of which is that glacier melt must be slowed or even stopped.  One such method is to use refrigeration at the front of the glacier, at the bottom where fresh water exists/ and dam it up, by creating an ice plug.  That would be done at the end of the cooling period, so that the initial run through of water can be frozen prior to the main event of melt coming through.  Plugging the drain allows for that water to then back up/ standing water within a glacier shall re-freeze/ and if enough meltwater is captured and contained after sufficient time the cracks and crevices which allow melt through will also re-freeze.  Then the refrigeration can be turned off.  Once the cooling season begins, the actual energy expenditure for freeze pumps ends/ and simply circulating the alcohol or whatever is used becomes enough to continue the process. 
The issue arisen by guard rails at the ball park, needs only the addition of a “ninety degree” addition to the top of the rail/ so as to not obstruct the view, but allow for second chances.  If you incorporate cables instead of steel piping/ nobody will sit on it. 
IT IS insane to close down a ten lane highway without options for the people to get to work etc as in California 405; for a bridge replacement.  That could easily end in extreme violence that spreads, and becomes uncontrollable.  BUILD A SUSPENSION BRIDGE on top of the current bridge, and re-support it without stopping traffic except on the bridge itself.  You can even use the old bridge as a main strand.  In other words stop listening to university fools.  THINK FOR YOURSELF.
